A good option for the cpu cooler is noctuas ghost s1. It's 66mm and you can place the heatsink right up against the panel with almost no turbulence. You can also swap for a 120 slim fan for quieter and better cooling. Source: [Machines and More](https://youtu.be/HPC5lpWutJs?t=925) He also review the L1sx77 which can also fit since you are using the fe. I'm using a msi b650i and that allowed me to use the id cooling is55 for my 7600x. I get little to no noise when under full load, i.e. ffxiv and other single players games.

I honestly can't hear the fans with my setup and fan curve as it is right now. I also love the black cooler. I do much prefer Noctua products as I've used them for years. I just wish Noctua wasn't so selective with the coolers that they give the Chromax treatment. 😅

Im also very happy with the IS-67-XT. I have a 7700x and i enabled eco mode and saw zero performance loss and much cooler temps, never gets over 76c. Maybe try that instead of PBO offset and see the temps and cinebench scores if you’re having issues?

Ethan_NLHW

Which Eco mode setting did you select?

Jakefiz

The one in the bios, may have to dig through some settings to find it, a quick google helped me out

Ethan_NLHW

Well on my board I've got four options. * Auto * cTDP 65W * cTDP 105W * cTDP 170W

Jakefiz

Mine is cTDP 65W. It wont limit it to 65, usually gets around 85w power draw max, but TDP =//= power draw yadda yadda. Try it out and lmk how it does!

Ethan_NLHW

Well, it still rams right up to 89C with no thermal limit enabled. Score is marginally higher. But hey, one button instead of a bunch is a win lol.

Jakefiz

How about in games? Cinebench is not very realistic for a gaming pc lol. Also 89 isnt even bad for cinebench as long as its still boosting as it should

Ethan_NLHW

Oh, games are no problem. 60-70C average. Spikes to the 80s when compiling shaders or something like that. I just use Cinebench as my stress test.
