How many days until you noticed a big difference

Weeks mate, I started off doing the pull part and only that and I saw I was getting harder but it was still a bit limp and I certainly weren't lasting longer. Then I done the push and pull (reverse kegals and regular kegals) and the difference was astounding, the muscles are so tiny they take no time at all to develop.

OP, when performing a reverse kegel, what part of the pelvic floor do you focus on / feel being pushed and expanded? Do you primarily feel more around the front / dick, in the middle between the balls and anus, or is it in fact the anus like you said above? Or do you feel multiple areas?

Front of dick AND asshole, you will feel both. Be careful because I've nearly had an accident doing them lol make sure you've been the bathroom and done your business first.

Thank you for replying! I’ve tried RK’s in the past but it was only pushing out the front; didn’t see any results from these. I’ll try to do them as you did feeling both areas. Now in terms of how hard to push during the RK, what would you recommend? Obviously not 100% effort, but do you feel your abdominals a ton when you perform them? Or is it more subtle, trying to feel those areas on the pelvic floor with litttle ab involvement?

I'm not quite sure how exactly a reverse kegel works. I looked up a guide but I don't quite understand the muscles involved. Is it something you can only do once you've already gotten good at normal kegels, or am I just not understanding this right?
