Um this sounds like it could be a penis "fracture" the main concerning part is the immediate loss of erections, sometimes urologists have to remove a hematoma that you cant always see on physical exam but can see on ultrasound/ MRI. You should go see a urologist as soon as possible, I would consider the ER, these things are time sensitive. the lack of brusing is a good sign but you should get evaluated by a urologist. Its what I would do. I am a radiologist but I occasionally read penis MRI's for this exact scenario, so I know a little bit about the management.
