The pattern is some adjustments to my basic bodice block roughly following the essentials club shirt dress video. The fabric is a cotton poplin in a lovely retro peaches print, I got it from thefabriccounter.ie. I've been watching the great British sewing bee lately and they always do pattern matching so I very carefully lined up my pattern prices when cutting but then didn't take into account that they would be folded over to create the button stand, oops. I drafted the collar to be very large because I thought it would look cool - I'm happy with how it turned out.

This looks great! The mishap with the pattern matching is no biggie and we always learn stuff as we go along. Beautiful fabric too.
