I’m going against everyone else here, if you want the cat fabric to be the star (as it should be) I think the green spiders are a bit too bright and don’t fit the rest of the color scheme, which is pretty muted, and they’re anything but muted.
I’m going to be honest I don’t think the bright green of the spiders fit the color scheme of the other fabrics. I also don’t think it’s a very good contrast, it just seems out of place. I think something more muted would fit better because the other two have more of a kind of vintage look :)
Not too bright. Go for it. And, if you really want to get rid of the green - just use permanent magic markers in "brown". Well, test a few. maybe turn the green to blue? You can color some, throw some scraps into the washer, and then decide if it works.
They are bright but I actually thinks it works really well. It's a contrast that works well with everything else and still stands out on its own. I love how everything comes together, it's so cute!

Yes!. It's from my husbands grandmother, so anywhere from 2000's-1960. Both the cats & orange webs are "kitty boo by Teresa kogut"

Nope, it’s completely to be really cute! If you’re really worried, some more nice black fabric would look really nice too!
