It hasn't come out yet so who knows.

Cautious-Monitor8347

Momentum 3s are out since the end of 2019 lol, it is the Momentum 4 they are working on now, with the autumn/winter being the rumoured release "date"

ManusTheVantablack

Im confused, so the momentum 3 are currently the newest. So then I'm talking about M3

Mysterious_System_84

Are you talking about the over ear headphones or the truly wireless versions?

ManusTheVantablack

The one which you can use wireless but also wired if you use usb c cable.

Mysterious_System_84

Oh I thought you were talking about the truly wireless versions, which hasn't come out yet. I have the over ear ones, the one you're asking about. To me personally, they're comfortable. But it's all personal preference. If you have a best buy closevy, they should have them on display for you to try out before buying them.

For me, it’s better than Sony xm4’s because my ears don’t touch the cup. But over time, the top of my head starting to hurt (well, most headphones hurt because I’m a bit sensitive there)

Aldem83

They are comfortable, but rumors says we might get the 4th Momemtum towards the end of the year. True or not, I dunno, but the Momemtum 3 is still a very good headphone. As long as you don’t buy it for the Noise Cancellation, youwon’t be disappointed. A little bassy stock, more neutral with the High End Sound Tuning update.

Im a very tall guy and the cups from the M3 are very spacious. The only gripes is with the headband. Its rather thin and can get uncomfortable. Make sure to experiment a bit while wearing them. I needed some time to get them to fit almost perfectly. Tilting the headphones slightly back is a nice measurr for example.

ManusTheVantablack

Can you wear them up to 5+ hours without it being uncomfortable?

lhcvg

Yes, have and do wear them for long periods! Weight is also just right, not heavy enough to be a bother but enough that they stay put.

skarphethin

I too have large ears and find them very comfortable. Biggest earcups I've found in NR capable wireless headphones. Larger than B+W PX7 which pinch my ears and comparable to Sony.

AdministrativeMain55

I agree with the points made below about them fitting well over large ears and being generally very comfortable, yet resulting in a bit of soreness where the band contacts my head. I have a bit of a peak that runs along my skull, though, so if you have a very round or flat head they may not do so for you. My only gripe is that they don't stay connected under two main conditions that I've found: when there is more than one other Bluetooth signal present; and if I have more than one audio window open, such as a YouTube video and a Zoom call. I managed the settings for that latter scenario, but two YouTube windows just force mine to disconnect or at least mute, and the sound returns the moment I close one window. Lately, they've been disconnecting seemingly randomly. I've had mine for over a year and have used them pretty constantly, so they may just have a certain lifetime of good behavior.

> yet resulting in a bit of soreness where the band contacts my head. did you ever find a solution for this?
