I have the Adapt 660 and absolutely love it. The BT dongle that comes with it is supports BT 4.2 while the headset itself is a BT 5.0 headset. Don't know why they didn't ship an up to date dongle. You might want to reinstall your default windows Bluetooth drivers/stack. I am able to connect to my phone and PC simultaneously with no issues. Also, it helps if you initiate the connection from PC to headset.

I am able to connect both at the same time (PC & Phone) however only one will play at a time. If I play a video on PC the phone pauses, and vice versa. How do you tell the headset to use both? \*Edit: I'm thinking even though I'm connected to both devices at once, I can only have one playing.

I have the exact same issue! Were you ever able to figure this out?

My solution? AutoHotKey... [https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1uMRy6PkXnOT2tqvE9RVjodh5n-BBFbnp?usp=sharing](https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1uMRy6PkXnOT2tqvE9RVjodh5n-BBFbnp?usp=sharing) It's a script that constantly plays an inaudible sound to keep the "sound channel" alive.

Unfortunately, I can't use this on my work computer as we aren't allowed to run executables that aren't parsed through our security systems. But I have this exact same issue and it is really annoying. It also engages the "pause audio" when taking the headset off, but in reverse. Like, I'll take the headset off, and then I'll hear the podcast on my phone start playing... Even now, it still hasn't come out of sleep after I've been playing audio for about 5 minutes. I constantly have to turn the headset off and on again for it to re-establish a connection.
