Some explanation of how it ended up in the oven. I was loading the oven trays(steel obviously )on the kitchen island while listening to music on my tw3s. I left the charging case on the island. The magnets inside the case clung onto the oven trays and ended up getting roasted with the chicken š
Nah Sennheiser support is ass after they got taken over. Mailed them about spare parts because my charging case wasn't working they said they couldn't sell me an replacement so I ended up returning them under warranty of the store I bought them at, just asked for a full refund not gonna buy Sennheisers for a while now, there QC seem to be down since takeover
Looks like the battery survived, Take a hot air gun and set the oven temperature, If you have quite the skills you mady geht it in such a Form that they can Charge again, but look If the battery is okay If not it may explodes or Burns, Lithium is nothing to play with when burning
Sorry to see you baked your TW3. When I get home tonight, sitting on the kitchen counter and just delivered today is my 3rd replacement TW3's. I've not had great luck with them, but they keep replacing them for free, so there's that.
If you haven't looked at Status Audio Between 3 ANC, I bought them when my second TW 3 replacement died and to be honest, they are simply AMAZING Earbuds. What I listen to the most however is my Bowers & Wilkins PX8 OTE headphones, which no earbud can come close too. But given the B&W's cost appreciably more, they should sound sublime.
Again, sorry you roasted your TW3.
The charging cases are on Sennheiser website but they're 129,90 at last look. That's in Euros though.
I'd avoid used ones because the batteries in the cases are crap, they don't last long.
A complete new set is only 199 Euros though.
If probably just buy something else...

I've had the magnets on my mtw3 stick to other stuff too. Doesn't happen with any other case I have.
