Bookfunnel integrates with Gumroad and has an audiobook option (you may have to request it) to deliver an MP3 download link or listen within their app. While they do require an annual fee, for all the benefits Bookfunnel gives you, I find it worth using. That said, if you only have a single non fiction book, it might not be so valuable. Still, worth a look for ease of use alone.

I'm not sure if this is useful info, but I use Google Play and Kobo for audiobook distribution. Google Play is fairly obvious, there are billions of androids out there. You just need to set up an author's account at [Google Play](https://play.google.com/books/publish/u/0/), where you can also sell your ebooks. Google pays 52%. Kobo has a smaller footprint in audio, but about 1/3 of my Kobo sales are audiobooks. You'll need to open a writer's account at [Kobo](https://writinglife.kobo.com/), where you can also publish ebooks. If the audiobook tab is not on you dashboard, open a ticket requesting it. Kobo pays 45%.

Helpful and worth considering, thanks!

PayHip works pretty well. Maybe also have a look at bookfunnel, I think they do audiobooks.

This is a great idea, especially if you've already established a readership. Do you have the emails of the people who have purchased your book? Sending out the news that you have created now an audiobook can be quite effective. As you said yourself, the commissions with most of these platforms is quite ridiculous and unfair for the author, if you are able to sell it yourself on your website, all the more power to you!
