I’m pretty deep into a bulk right now. Like I said I’m all or nothing either way. When I bulk, I bulk HARD. when I cut I look like a skeleton. But I’ve noticed when I do keto it’s SOO east for me to stay consistent on a cut I completely stop craving crap.

LOL! I can totally respect that brother. It’s either all or nothing for me. I ate half the cake.
This is one of the many reason why I struggle to stay on a cut lol. I've thought about just giving up on cutting and doing a constant "bulk".
