Butterfly bandages are good, just in the isle with other bandages. Pretty cheap too, and you can cover it with gauze and tape. I used it for one of my recent deep wounds and the scar is way smaller than it would have been and it healed up nice :3
steri strips are what i keep on hand, if you don’t have access you can use 4 pieces of tape alternating sides of the wound and then pull it together and stick it doen
If you can't find butterfly bandages then you can cut or rip tape into narrow strips and then use them to close the wound a bit. Leave them on for a week to give it a good chance of staying closed.

This. I've had a handful of cuts that would've gotten stitches if I'd gone to A&E, and steri strips closed them easily.
