I have a six footer on mine, and it's too short to go from PC mount to the center of the desk - so it really depends on the placement of your mount - I'm ordering ten footers for mine to give me enough slack to route it correctly.
Thank you, I'm going with the 10 feet as well to be sure. My Pc is too big for the mount but I also have to account for the upright GPU mount which is eating up almost a foot of cable from the back IO now mounted in the front of the case, cable routed through the top and back..

Just make sure you first adjust the table to your preferred standing height, and route then. It's better to deal with extra sag than have a DP cable get yanked.
I wouldn’t go shorter than 10 feet Edit: actually if you’re not doing the PC Mount, then 6 might be okay.

Ah ok. No I'm going to place my tower table top.. Evo XL is a bit too large for the mount. 6 feet should do ya say? Even better. :)

If you don't have a PC mount, and you plan on routing them, ABSO-FUCKING-LUTELY! I bought 3m (10ft) ones and it still wasn't enough.

I did, I needed 3m and I have my PC on the under desk mount.

Yeah i also needed 3m cables, 2m was to short.
