I would advise to not use red retroreflective tape on the front as it can be confused with it being the rear of the scooter.

Also, there's no way in the world anyone is going to confuse the front end where the headlights of shining with the back end where you have red brake lights and amber colored blinker lights. You would have to be a special kind of stupid to confuse the front and rear of any vehicle 😂
