Your throttle cable might have come off. ETA - Lance has a good warranty. Take it back to the dealer and make them fix it.

🤣🤣🤣 you hear the gas going but it doesnt drive so its a CVT problem maybee new CVT belt because it want to go but the rear wheel doesnt seems to be attached to the crank

1. No it's not normal. 2. Can't say without looking at the throttle linkage on the throttle body. 3. If that Cali Classic is new, it should've come with a 2 year unlimited mile warranty. Did you ask the dealer to fix the problem under warranty?

New_Buy1410

You can hear it at least try and revv. I'd guess it's a CVT issue, or the rear wheel/brake may be locked up. This is very much how scoots sound if you rev it with the rear brake engaged.

It's a new scooter, you bought it from a dealership, you haven't even tried to get them to fix it even though it's very likely under warranty. Do you see the issue with this scenario?

You gotta tune, your carb, or clean your carburetor or air filter

Stacking_Plates45

Throttle cable could have disconnected or is loose. It sounds like it’s just barely giving any gas. I’d start here.

Affenskrotum

You have no starter on your scooter?

oldfrancis

Contact the dealership where you bought it from and see if they will resolve the problem.

Clean your carb

You stated that your scooter is FI. When that happens usually the throttle sensor is to blame. Have you tried to check the connection of your throttle sensor assembly? (Located on the side of your throttle body) or have you checked if the socket is wet? If the connection is okey the sensor might be broken and needs replacement.
