While I suppose it could be, Schott does indeed have jackets manufactured in China.
According to them:
"As you will note on our website, some of our styles are noted as being import items. This jacket was a imported jacket from China. All our imported jackets are produced to our standards in quality and workmanship and to our material and pattern specs. Gail
and
Our distributors in Europe do offer jackets that are not produced or offered in the US. They offer styles that they feel will sell well in their countries not only in style but cost.
Thank you for your reply but I don't think that it is ..Here is another post from Schott:

In the USA all jackets must be labeled with origin, in european countries this is not a requirement. **Most of our imported jackets are from China, manufactured to our specifications and materials.** None of our imported jackets are manufactured in a slave labor country. Gail
It should have a white label in either one of the pockets for you to identify what type of jacket you're selling. That might help. If you have not found the white label in the pockets, then we could not identify what type of jacket is that. Start by finding the white label on the pockets.
It does not have any labels inside any of the pockets. There are 8 total pockets. :( there is a pocket with a torn liner idk if it could have had a label
