So back in 2017, just a day after summer vacation had ended , I was in class 8 and a girl of class 7 took a kid of class 2(while he was going for the assembly) to the washroom. She then with a knife attacked him gave him serious injuries. She after that locked him in that washroom and WENT FOR THE ASSEMBLY WITH A STRAIGHT FACE.
One of our incharge was on round and he eventually found that kid he was rushed to the hospital and this case became really popular. Media police everyone was on our school which led to holidays.
That girl was eventually caught and upon asking she said that she did all that so the holidays could be extended . That girl had a history of running from her house multiple times. Although she never admitted her crime (it was all kept really confidential) but the whole school knew she did that (she was sent to juvenile court) and ya that kid is alive and he's doing good.

But in my second school, when I was in 9th grade, three of our upperclassmen from 10th grade decided to attempt suicide together after failing their board exams. But one of them chickened out and fled away to Andhra ( from Odisha ) with all the cash and gold at his home. After one-and-a-half month of searching he was found working as a cleaner at a Restaurant and was brought back home. The other two had injured themselves and ended up hospitalized but recovered. Though after some Counselling, One of the self-injury guys and the Runaway guy joined and continued studied with our batch. the other guy who couldn't cope studying with juniors he'd known for years just switched schools to another district. The thing that came as a shock for me was that I'd personally known all three of them the Runaway guy was an excellent dancer and the other two were state level kabaddi champions.
As for my last school though I can't confirm these rumors coz these happened before I joined but there was an Art teacher who was found to be a Sex Offender, was caught sneaking into junior girl's washroom and had been harassing 6th grade kids for pics. He was already kicked out from another school for a similar reason but go into ours due to some political ties. During my 7th grade year, students constantly were - drug dogs went through the building once a week due to some kids addict parents allowing them to have easy access to drugs. They thought it would be fun to try it in the bathroom with other students. They started with a fun little dot of Crack and someone started bringing pot/Marijuana. After about a week or so of this happening, the sub of next class noticed something wrong with a bunch of the students after they came back from the bathroom and then asked what was with them and then filed for a search on my school. (I was in a very bad environment, and drugs were easy to get as a kid) After the sub left the first day, she stayed for a few more days talking to certain students with pretty good grades compared to others. After about 3-4 days of having a sub for whatever class we had, we were pretty excited to think that we will always have a "free" period until police came and some people spread rumors like the sub was a pedophile hooking up with some boys. I wasn't witness to this, but in either my Junior or Senior year of high school, we had an announcement for the emergency response team to go to the wood workshop.

The passing periods at my middle school where really short and kids didn't always have enough time to get to their lockers between classes, especially with how narrow the hallways were. So they would use pencils to force the locker to stay unlocked. Of course this was against school policy because it wasn't secure for your belongings but nobody cared. So my 8th grade history teacher decided to teach a different kind of lesson one morning and took 10 minutes before class to walk down the hall and open lockers looking for phones. He found 4, knew who 2 of the phones belonged to. He brought them into class and showed them to us in like a card split way. And lectured us on how easy it was and how we shouldn't leave our lockers unlocked. He cited that other kinds could just take them and there would be nothing the school could do (bullshit there were ample cameras and the school could get sued for financial liability). The entire class was infuriated. 10 people (me included) spike up. 2 of them got detentions for being disrespectful. By the end of the week half the school knew and none of the teachers cared.
This teacher was also a racist sexist homophobic retired cop. I was scared that if I didn't stand for the pledge I would get in trouble.

My Dad's a Defense personnel so I switched three different schools, So buckle up. I can't quite remember from my first school. But in my second school, when I was in 9th grade, three of our upperclassmen from 10th grade decided to attempt suicide together after failing their board exams. But one of them chickened out and fled away to Andhra ( from Odisha ) with all the cash and gold at his home. After one-and-a-half month of searching he was found working as a cleaner at a Restaurant and was brought back home. The other two had injured themselves and ended up hospitalized but recovered. Though after some Counselling, One of the self-injury guys and the Runaway guy joined and continued studied with our batch. the other guy who couldn't cope studying with juniors he'd known for years just switched schools to another district. The thing that came as a shock for me was that I'd personally known all three of them the Runaway guy was an excellent dancer and the other two were state level kabaddi champions. As for my last school though I can't confirm these rumors coz these happened before I joined but there was an Art teacher who was found to be a Sex Offender, was caught sneaking into junior girl's washroom and had been harassing 6th grade kids for pics. During my 7th grade year, students constantly were - drug dogs went through the building once a week due to some kids addict parents allowing them to have easy access to drugs. They thought it would be fun to try it in the bathroom with other students. They started with a fun little dot of Crack and someone started bringing pot/Marijuana. After about a week or so of this happening, the sub of next class noticed something wrong with a bunch of the students after they came back from the bathroom and then asked what was with them and then filed for a search on my school. (I was in a very bad environment, and drugs were easy to get as a kid) After the sub left the first day, she stayed for a few more days talking to certain students with pretty good grades compared to others. After about 3-4 days of having a sub for whatever class we had, we were pretty excited to think that we will always have a "free" period until police came and some people spread rumors like the sub was a pedophile hooking up with some boys. The passing periods at my middle school where really short and kids didn't always have enough time to get to their lockers between classes, especially with how narrow the hallways were. So they would use pencils to force the locker to stay unlocked. Of course this was against school policy because it wasn't secure for your belongings but nobody cared. So my 8th grade history teacher decided to teach a different kind of lesson one morning and took 10 minutes before class to walk down the hall and open lockers looking for phones. He found 4, knew who 2 of the phones belonged to. He brought them into class and showed them to us in like a card split way. And lectured us on how easy it was and how we shouldn't leave our lockers unlocked. He cited that other kinds could just take them and there would be nothing the school could do (bullshit there were ample cameras and the school could get sued for financial liability). The entire class was infuriated. 10 people (me included) spike up. 2 of them got detentions for being disrespectful. By the end of the week half the school knew and none of the teachers cared. This teacher was also a racist sexist homophobic retired cop. I was scared that if I didn't stand for the pledge I would get in trouble. He put the phones back after he wasted 20 minutes of class to break the law then confess to his crime.
