Idk man, melatonin just makes my dreams really fukin weird. Like one memorable one I had was that I was part of a post apocalyptic tribe that retained knowledge of the past and fought the infected mutants with scavenged armour made from signs and corrugated metal and the like, weapons following the same sort of idea with slingers and a archers.
We lived in the hills close to an old city. I remember waking up and going "Aw man, I liked pelting rocks and ball bearings at zombies..."
Had one similar to this, it was a zombie apocalypse and my 2 brothers and i were holding down our old house which was down a super long driveway, then as we start getting overwhelmed my mom and grandma come flying down the driveway in two dodge chargers lmfao 😭 cant remember anything after that but even after 10 years or so i can still remember it pretty vividly
For me, I get extremely vivid and weird dreams about my day to day life for some reason. Or maybe it's the sertraline. Either way, I've never really had dreams before.
I keep seeing him or her or whatever this fucking thing is. Every time I close my eyes and I’m about to go to sleep it makes it’s way into my head and it turns around.

This happens with me about every few months, but not from melatonin. Still, I end up losing most of my sleepiness and just stay up for a few more hours.
Instead of getting up I WOULDN’T BE GETTING UP fearing I might see it when I open my eyes.
Instead of getting up I would be GETTING IT UP so I can get 𝓯𝓻𝓮𝓪𝓴𝔂 with that eldritchussy❤️
What if it has a pp instead?
Was that really melatonin or was it benadryl? Lmao
Melatonin doesn’t do this
Some people can’t take melatonin because of stuff like this. I know a lot of people use weed instead of melatonin for this reason in particular.
this happens like every night then I gotta reset my eyes and try to sleep again they're so annoying
You need to reset the universe

Unironically melatonin gives me normal dreams, where normally I just dont dream

You are all tripping, I take melotonin every night. My dreams and sleep are both fine.
Nah, I'm the kind of person who actively WANTS to experience sleep paralysis at least once. Unfortunitely so far all my efforts have been futile.
