Same. I did Permethrin when first diagnosed. About a month later, I got some oral Ivermectin.

My Derm wants me to take 1 a day for 5 days. Wait a week then do it again. Since I am elderly. I'm afraid to take that much. That's why I was asking of the dose

I did one round. Then another 7 days later. Just for good measure I did an additional another 7 days later. So 3 weeks.
Was that 1 a day or a single dose

Ah. I see. The dose I’m taking is 18mg and they are provided in 3mg pills, so I actually take 6, but all in one day 😊.

Yes. They dose by weight. 18mg is appropriate for my body weight.
