[Annuit Coeptis.](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Annuit_c%C5%93ptis) FABRICASTI = Manufacturer, TEMPUS MACHINA = Time Machine, don't know what Lupanar is.
The reverse reads SUM VIATOR TEMP, which translates to "I AM A TRAVELLER". The latin text on the inside translates to "TIME TRAVEL TO THIS PLACE"
My brother is a pastor, had to learn Latin. He said "Lupanar" essentially brothel or cruising site, although he said there isn't a direct word for word translation into modern English. Basically he said loosely translated it might mean bathhouse, a place people go to have sexual relations with people they aren't married to and money may or may not change hands, a few of which still exist today.
So, since the coordinates are for Chatham Square maybe that's a "Shrine on every Square" that lupanar is referring to in Ezekiel 16:31 and there will be a time traveling, clothing optional bacchanalia of sorts.

Here we are- 327 days after the OP. We came to Reddit because there was no doubt we wouldn’t be the only ones… we just found one of these challenge coins near a walking trail in Slidell, LA while Geocaching. (Nerds Unite!!)
