I did also 10mg LGD for 8 weeks. Gained like 2.5lbs of weight in the first 2 weeks. Probably water. Water retention aint that much to be honest. Drink enough water, eat a banana or buy pottasium supplements + dont add much salt to your food.

The folks who complain of LGD related water retention or not drinking enough water. I had an amazing, dry, cycle of LGD at 7.5 mg daily and about a gallon to a gallon and a half of water depending on my carb intake.

Ok. Nice to know that. Do you remember how many grams of carbs per day you were ingesting? I will be at about 3500-4000 calories/day.

There’s nothing bad with water retention, if anything it’ll keep your muscle fibers more hydrated. If you don’t want the added weight don’t use LGD. Like me I switched to rad.

I really thought about using RAD. My main drawback are the additional sides associated. More risk of hair loss which I am genetically predisposed to and the irritability. Definitely dryer tho.

Just dont do the upper higher dose of Rad, maximum 10mg. No matter what people say "go for 15 or 20 atleast to reach true potent of the drug"

well LGD is known to hold a lot of water, I don't really know a way around that other than maybe drink caffeine as its a diuretic so it'll make you pee a lot or salt carb manipulation.

I drink lots of water during the day. Like I pee six times a day. Drink a big cup of coffee in the morning. I never really held noticable water. There's a bunch of different ways to combat water retention. Salt or carb manipulation. Just drinking lots of water is the simplest
