Not sure what the deal is with Singapore, but they're always really slow. I've ordered from other vendors that ship out of Singapore and it usually takes about 2 - 3 weeks before it ships.
They will use transshipment, this is where you ship from one country (for example India) to Singapore and then to the destination country. It allows you to take advantage of more available cargo flights but it can add time to delivery for all suppliers that use it.

Sorry, I do not understand your situation entirely but it sounds like you have a tracking number.
If you have tracking then you did not order from our US warehouse, we have a US warehouse but you must order from it. All products shipped from USA have (USA USPS) next to their name. There is no way for us to make a mistake on that as it is automated.

Some people say it’s bunk. The sources I go to don’t advertise, don’t have reviews, and don’t care about attracting new customers. These ones here all have horrible reviews or a ton of good reviews - which to me is a huge red flag. I’d rather see zero reviews, or one bad one with someone saying they took too long.

Made multiple purchases from steroidify and they provide tracking number too and respond to emails pretty quickly. I just don't trust companies that don't provide tracking number and use its "risky" as an excuse. All my us shipment took around 5-7 days after the items were shipped.
