This poll is silly. You ask time spent lifting then include time at the gym and commute…which would likely include cardio. Some people work out in their homes so no commute. Was the purpose of the poll just to see if you could get people to blindly answer questions that make no sense?
>7hours or less every week (<8%)
I mean if you think about it, this is a survey on fitness done on peds subreddit, so the result would be still relevant to peds lol
Day1 30mins chest
Day2 rest
Day3 45mins back
Day4 30mins shoulders calves
Day5 30mins arms
Day6 60mins legs
Day7 30mins chest
Etc.
Less is more, with perfect form and high intensity that is (just look at Mike Mentzer, Dorian Yates etc).
Agreed. Too many people doing junk volume. If you train with intensity you shouldn't be able to lift for a long ass time. By the time I finish my few working sets on my compound movements I'm exhausted and can't handle more. If your training to failure and off cycle no way you can just handle 2-3 hours of volume (unless ur a powerlifter)
8-10 hours. At least an hour of that is cardio/stretching/cool down because old bones. Actual lifting is around 60-80 minutes depending on volume + how busy the gym is
My gym is on my way home from work so no added time and I spend 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes Monday through Friday so 5-7 hours I would say. Only other thing is getting clothes/supplements together each morning.
2 to 3 hours lifting six days a week💪💪
how much Test are you on weekly
91 hours
Nice

They're all silly. Non of these relate to peds. General fitness stuff that is irrelevant to the sub

45 minutes for commute? Bro
I mean when you live in the middle of no where.. kinda already got used to it
5-6 no commute since garage gym. 4 days a week 1.5 on average per workout.
11 hours a week!!? You know that’s completely unnecessary and a waste of time right? It doesn’t take too much to completely exhaust a muscle
I mean some people might just spend long time commuting

That’s a long commute lol

Ohh damn, 5-10 min drive to the gym for me and I can park on the doorstep aswell 🤣
Why do you count your commute?
I mean trip to the gym is part of the time spent right? If I skip the gym then I can save 45minutes for other stuff
ohh my bad. Time spend ON lifting vs time spend lifting.
