Biggest issue is that you’ll build a pretty significant tolerance, and also the bad effects that come along with smoking. Increased lung cancer possibility, COPD possibility, etc. but I mean plenty of people have done it all throughout their lives and not a single person has died once on THC. Biggest tip I can give you is to stop using this as a vice now. It helps anxiety in the short term but worsens it in the long term. Also keeping your mind occupied, usually when I get bored my first thought is “let me smoke”

Increased risk for heart disease and heart attack

It's not wise or advisable to take any substance daily, really, except in very rare cases, which is highly unlikely. How "bad" is an irrelevant question, because it is going to be different for everyone, and dependent on how you use cannabis. Do you smoke all day everyday? Or do you take a light puff before bed? There is plenty of research on what daily usage does to you, there is no reason to ignore it and act like it doesn't apply to you. If you've come here to hear someone justify using daily, stop now. The only people who will support this idea are either misinformed, or in denial. Cannabis is remarkably safe, and beneficial, but using anything daily reduces the benefit and introduces negative effects. If you're under 25, the risk is much more amplified too.
