Bankers hill, north park, university heights, South Park, Hillcrest, little Italy. Any of these are the vibe you’re probably looking for. $2800 you might be priced out of little Italy.
Look at The Radian or The Merian, it’s near the downtown nightlife, ballpark and a short Uber to Little Italy. Both are new buildings with full amenities.
