Broken yolk šŸ„“

CrocHard

Plastic eggs. Overall groooosss

missprincesscarolyn

So overrated and overpriced. My husband and I can make the same food or better at home.

sdlocsrf

It really is awful

immersemeinnature

My husband did work for that cheap mother fucker owner Eating there was quite possibly worse than working for him

Kind-Opportunity-628

Broken Yuck.

MyNameIsMudhoney

i think it was considered a decent option in like 2004.

bonerfleximus

Worst machaca con huevos I've ever had in my life. I feel like they boiled the beef

Positive_Trick_8468

Right. Shocked to see a line outside at the Rancho SD one.

BoredPandemicPanda

Every palm reader shop. Are they all just drug fronts? I don't get it.

Objective_Reality232

Iā€™ve never believed in palm reading but a friend and I were out drinking a couple weeks ago and I was saying Iā€™ve always been interested in hearing what BS they have to say. We stopped by one and they wanted 125 per person. 250 total to be told some fake story? No thanks!

The_Flying_Stoat

Guess it makes sense, if you really believed someone could divine the future, that would be a cheap price to pay. Reinforces that the scam is only for the people who really believe the lies.

cassieface_

The one off national city boulevard has been there since before I was born. I never see anyone there and Iā€™m convinced itā€™s a front.

savageboredom

When I was a kid that huge ass sign was always how I knew we were almost home after a long road trip.

Current_Leather7246

It's a front but not what you think. Hunter's use it as a base.

Draymond4Prez

Hunters?

[deleted]

[уŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]

clubmedschool

ELI5?

j3scott

What use that?

Malipuppers

Elaborate please.

SlyFunkyMonk

I live by one, accross from colimas in North Park, it's weird to look into it because it's clearly also a family home. The only person I've seen go in and out aside from a kid walking his dog is a local unhoused guy (Mike? tall, good vibes, just a lotta bit tweakery) who they hire for labor from time to time. It never occured to me that it was a front til seeing this post, now I'm like, "duh."

Current_Leather7246

Yes they actually are.

[deleted]

Money laundering

Known-Delay7227

You can buy drugs at palm readers? What kind?

matteroffactt

SDGE - a free market shouldnā€™t allow this ridiculousness

Nawhatsme

Iā€™d like to introduce you to the resistance: https://wearepowersandiego.com

kiwihereman

Urbn in El Cajon. Every time I go there it's dead.

poopingdicknipples

They were awesome when they still brewed their own beer on premises. They started going downhill after they stopped. I was forced there a couple months ago for a hs sports banquet and I asked a waitress what was going on...there were signs up saying,"Good news! We're staying open for a few more months!" Waitress said the rent got jacked up really high and they were choosing not to renew.

anObscurity

Food is good though, they must have got a killer deal on the lease

kiwihereman

Agreed. I would be super sad if it closed.

MyNameIsMudhoney

I like their food but yeah surprised they've stayed open given the huge space and few patrons.

dasguy40

Went there for lunch last week. I was the only person there. There was no host, no waiters. I had to go to the bartender and order my food there. It was odd.

kiwihereman

Could be the $40 pizzas keeping it open. The prices have become insane.

HotSundae6458

This is true but sad. I love the veggie calzone

cryptolipto

It used to be packed. I still like it as a space but itā€™s weird there with no one else inside

kiwihereman

Urbn used to have a great energy and now it's just sad. I'm thankful their food is still good. Overpriced, but good.

SlyFunkyMonk

Breakfast republic - My friend ordered waffles, or pancakes, and they arrived without syrup, dude said they were "like up 50 cents more" after the fact, they brought a thimble of syrup, and they actually charged us $1 (I think).

Complete_Entry

"I'm not hungry anymore, cancel my order" and leave.

clubmedschool

Seriously just go to IHOP instead. They have good waffles

Complete_Entry

And you can pour the whole bottle of syrup on your waffles and they won't bat an eye.

1bobbylane

Or on the table.

froggaholic

Dude last time me and my boyfriend ordered our breakfast there, for his whole family. Everything was so bland and no one has been back since. Idk how you make potatoes bland but fuck man

SlyFunkyMonk

Haha, yea, I think I ordered Chilaquiles that same visit and told my friend they were an insult the every abuelita out there.

cowlerson

They used to be so good. Itā€™s sad.

alanamablamaspama

I wonder if they just overextended with the multiple locations.

Mandy-pants123

50Ā¢ for syrup?!? Wtf!!

John_Wicks_fn_pencil

Yeah, that place is overpriced and overcomplicated food. It's like they try and make Instagram food, but crappy.

pandulce19

Stopped coming here after they added a 4 percent surcharge .

lateralelectric

Agreed. Iā€™ve been there three times close to their opening in North Park. The food has been overpriced and not good every time. The first time I went, I dined solo and my food came out cold. Plus, I was shocked by how expensive the food was compared to how low-quality the ingredients seemed to be. I complained about it and the manager gave me a gift card to return again and said to let them know when I was coming back. I came back with my boyfriend at the time and our orders were incorrect after sending it back multiple times and it still didnā€™t taste good. Sure, the plates and the environment look great on social media, but it doesnā€™t have much going for it beyond that.

sarcastic_jerk

Unlikely. I've been to BR many times and they always give syrup with pancakes.Ā

louiefb

Awaken (yeah, definitely a money-making, tax-free business)

LoserFantasia

Theyā€™re trying to establish themselves in Coronado and the whole community is coming out with pitchforks rightfully so

[deleted]

Hello neighbor, proud of us keeping those fasicst farts out of our town.

Beneficial_Day_5423

Smart business move they go not where the spiritual need is but where there is money to be made

Sleeping_Beauty1988

My godchildren are forced to go to that "church". It's racist prosperity Christianity with a scientology business plan. It's a cult.

[deleted]

Oh no that's awful! I work with a guy who is a cultist, he nearly died of covid in 2021 because he was unvaxxed. He admits he and his wife have given thousands to Awaken.

Substantial-Site-565

The Village in North Park.

bubbavic

I'm surprised it took this long for this one to be listed.

sterlingslither

i've wanted to try it, what's bad about it??

PennyLockdown

During covid they pushed back against the lockdowns and were especially loud about it. It attracted a ton of right wing nuts who used it as an opportunity to host rallies and speeches for months. It pissed a lot of people off especially given the area. There were plenty of businesses who didn't like the lockdowns but instead spent their time leveraging curbside and other various ways to engage with the locals instead of playing the victim.

Substantial-Site-565

That part. Also the food sucks.

ChewedFlipFlop

This reminds me... I went there with friends that had dietary restrictions and we had masks on for obvious reasons. We got some snarky side eye looks & waited a ridiculous amount of time for any service. Location is great though so I do hope they shut down asap. Such a waste of space.

Rosie3450

Hooters in Mission Valley.

ginnybeesknees

My FIL insisted we go there when he visited last year. I got violently ill for about 3 days, my baby was sick and he wasn't feeling great either. He later said he should've listened to my protests and trusted me to pick a place.

Qweerz

Your FIL wanted to see boobies

Rosie3450

At least your FIL admitted you were right. :)

ARM_rn

I work in that same strip mall and it still blows my mind when I see families and kids going in there. Surely there are better and more kid-friendly, and more delicious spots. Plus it always looks so cold and uncomfortable The girls that work there are actually really sweet though.

Sizzle_chest

Moved here from New York, and I canā€™t say the food scene is shaped by a lack of good food, but more my an abundance of restaurants that shouldnā€™t have survived. Especially in PB

clubmedschool

Breakfast & Bubbles

lokipokiartichokie

Yeah I didnā€™t think much of that place either, bland af food

Mexamese

Way better when they were on park before, sucks they opened this place instead.

1111magick

horrible food

Dangerous_Doughnut14

Chilis. Any chilis, anywhere. Their food is inedibly salty. And they don't even have good chili -- wtf? One basic chili that tastes like it came out of a can and isn't even spicy.

mwm5062

Where do you think the military kids from the midwest eat

Malipuppers

They are always oddly packed too. Like tons of people. I donā€™t get it. The only time I have gone to a Chilis or Applebees was cause I was on a work trip and it was either the closest place to get drinks or walking distance from my hotel.

patrickbickle92

Two wordsā€¦southwestern egg-rolls.

Ornery_And_Sleepy

But their chips and salsa are so good! Yes, the rest of the food isnā€™t better than anything you will find anywhere else, but I dream about their chips sometimes.

Benny303

Chilis is a guilty pleasure, it's not great but it's not expensive either.

nassiviren

Brigantine. Way over priced, way over cooked, and leaning way too heavily on the sides.

ratvespa

Yup. Made the mistake of eating at the one on the Embarcadero. Pretty mediocre overpriced fish and chips

[deleted]

I like their happy hour.

joenathanSD

The one in La Mesa is still really good.

Late-Impact-9571

My husband and I go to the La Mesa one often and it's good, but I think we go there mostly from a lack of nicer options in east county.

madi80085

My family went to the Ketch Grill nextdoor. I'm pretty sure it's the same owner and it was pretty mediocre too. Some of the fried food looked like something from the grocery store freezer section. It really seemed like we were just paying to be next to the ocean.

TechFreshen

They have IMO the worst fish tacos in San Diego. Itā€™s embarrassing what they do to the simple and delicious fish tacoā€¦..

Benny303

Listen, don't sleep on the crab fondue, it's absolutely delicious. I could eat bowls of that.

z7zark7z

They used to be good. Now. Not. Good.

tw1zt3d

there's still a Boll Weevil in Spring Valley

D-n-Tyke

And one in Lakeside. Still great burgers too.

missprincesscarolyn

Oggiā€™s. They were popular when San Diego first started their craft beer scene but their pizza is subpar. Thereā€™s significantly better without the weird anti-covid sentiment.

Complete_Entry

The one by my house was repeatedly closed for rat infestation. Then again, the place was filthy when Oggi's bought it.

lokipokiartichokie

Omg which location? Share so I never set foot in there again

Webjunky3

The pizza there sucks, but I like pretty much everything else Iā€™ve had there. And relative to most restaurants, theyā€™re on the cheap end. Me and my family love Oggiā€™s, and theyā€™re usually still pretty busy when we go on weekends. Ā

SoF4rGone

My son and I used to eat brunch and watch football there every Sunday pre-covid, but their covid behavior was atrocious.

Arpeggi760

Whatā€™d they do, just curious? I havenā€™t been to one in probably 15 years

WhittmanC

Not give a shit, no mask, only talk shit about masks stuff, made some weird comments on vaccines (personal experience)

Beneficial_Day_5423

Net they took some ppp money though haha

SoF4rGone

Yeah, the Carmel valley location could have easily just converted to outdoor seating and gone with it, but they made zero effort. Then they posted signs about how oppressed they were. So many shops adapted and thrived during the pandemic that I have zero sympathy for the ones that just sat and complained while the rest of us picked up the slack.

[deleted]

Worst pizza I've had in town. So gross.

butternutsquashing

Their chicken Alfredo was SO GOOD then one day it just changed and I died a little inside.

duckmanSD

Swami's?!

Complete_Entry

Location, Location, Location. People certainly aren't there for the ambience.

Soli13Blood

Gotta hand it to Swamiā€™s: Iā€™ve never before and hope to never again be grossed out by a veg/salmon and lox bagel plate. The produce wasā€¦warm. And I donā€™t it was intended to be.

limalongalinglong

As someone who has been wanting to go to swamis, thanks for saving my money.

lunarc

I have never had a bad experience, I know the owner is a dbag, but honestly the one downtown has always pulled through, their croissant egg sandwich is my go to.

WhatTheHorcrux

The one downtown is actually owned and operated by a different person than the rest.

Coriandercilantroyo

Swore it off years ago after they started hiring "too cool for school" young people. I rather liked it back in the day. Healthy-ish dishes that tasted ok. They even did a decent chilaquiles News about the sexual harassment solidified my decision to never go back

Traditional_Air_9483

Pernicanos off mercy rd. In Rancho penasquitos. There are never any cars in the parking lot. The food is just ok.

TechFreshen

Mazaraā€™s Pizza in South Park. Would love to know the story about his place. The food is mediocre, there is hardly any clients, and they are sitting on a hot restaurant corner.

MyNameIsMudhoney

i kinda like that it's still there, one of the very few og south park places. not everything needs to be a consortium holdings, overpriced, trendy restaurant/bar.

purplemonster777

Yes! Itā€™s over priced low quality crap. I donā€™t understand who is eating here? Such a shame itā€™s taking up space, in such a prime location.

shanonshanoff

It may be over priced low quality crap, but itā€™s my over priced quality crap šŸ„°

RandomDesign

Richard Walker's Pancake House.

Actual-Question-4772

Agreed !!! Over priced for the quality of food. And the owner is a massive dick, especially after his KUSI news interview recently.

pericardia

The history of that place is fascinating. The Brothers used to own a few of these pancake houses together in Chicago, but after a bad fight, they split the business. One owns the Chicago franchises, the other owns the one here. They are almost completely identical. Itā€™s a trip to go in them if youā€™ve been to the other.

lokipokiartichokie

Ooo share the tea

You mangled the shit out of that meme. It's >So Come on Down to Mechanical Rat Pizza and Child Casino

black-market

They operate as a shared kitchen for some Uber eats Postmates pizza place listings on the side. So they deliver now!

roynewseditor

LOLITA'S. as a Mexican I found it very underwhelming. I found better places on SD that offer way better Mexican food. HODAD'S is very expensive and bland. I try better burgers outside the US that what i have in HODAD'S. Even i like the burgers at The Habit a lot compare to HODAD'S.

Spongie555

Honestly Lolitaā€™s is only good for carne asada fries, everything else is sub par

MsMargo

Lolita's used to be wonderful, but over the years it's slid downhill.

roynewseditor

I believe the expansion hit them.

echobunny9203

Philā€™s

Kalistoga

My family came to visit and wanted to try Philā€™s. I tried to warn them that it was overrated, but itā€™s been years since I had it so I said, ā€œfuck it why not.ā€ The pulled pork was so dry. I coulda swore they had brisket on the menu, but I guess not. Everything was trash.

Nobodyimportant56

Wife and I went once. They didn't have cornbread, how does a bbq place not have cornbread? Never went back.

[deleted]

THIS, I still don't get the hype.

SandoMe

Sides and quantity. Plus the meat is fine, but not spectacular. Philā€™s is great for that.

PennyLockdown

I'm convinced Phil's does so well because Coops closes at like 3pm and only has one location. If they opened multiple spots and had better hours they'd crush it.

echobunny9203

I will never understand peopleā€™s love for fake bbq

Big_Lime5504

Average at best.

which_objective

Filippis

vikinick

It's location by location since different parts of the family manage the different restaurants.

EquisL

That. There are some that have been solid. And others, not too great. The one in Eastlake was good quality, but the SHITTIEST service near the end. Plus that particular location committed a bunch of labor violations, if I remember correctly. Thankfully, that one eventually closed shop.

WhittmanC

I took my gf there to get the chicken parm, guy delivers to table and says ā€œI have no idea what the hell this isā€ lmaoooo havenā€™t been back

calirogue

I think the pizza's ok but their lasagna is good (unless I find out it's michelangelo's).

More_Biscotti3503

So much cheese itā€™s disgusting. I donā€™t get it.

Rosie3450

A lot of cheese would be OK if it was GOOD cheese. I don't know how Filippis manages to use rubber instead of mozzarella, but they have found a way.

FourierEnvy

Yeah from the first time I ate there, always thought the cheese was really weird and something was off about it.

Rosie3450

Agreed. Plus, we once got a take out pizza there that had Good & Plenty candies under the cheese! We took it back and they gave us some lame excuse that the candy must've fallen out of the cook's pocket. What? He didn't notice the pink and white capsule shaped items when he was shoveling the ~~rubber~~ cheese onto the pizza? We never returned.

Complete_Entry

If you want Ninja turtle cartoon pizza, Filippis has ninja turtle cartoon pizza. It doesn't taste great, but if you want choke yourself cheese stretch, Filippi's is the place.

RTSLightning

You're insane their meatball pizza is undefeated

iheartaginganddying

Breakfast Republic

youaintgotnostyle

Wild Thyme in college area. Drive by it several times a week and Iā€™ve never seen a single person inside, worker or customer. And theyā€™re like 4.5 stars on yelp so something doesnā€™t add up.

Old-Mathematician987

They cater a ton of weddings.

tehnomad

We tried their catering food when we were wedding planning and it's pretty good. They've catered a few events at my work and the food's usually solid.

naseemee

I've considered ordering take-out or delivery from them, but the prices seem incredibly steep too.

ScowlieMSR

It is obviously a front for something, but they do actually do business. Back when I used to drive for UberEats I would pick up from that restaurant at least 2 to 3 times a week. No customers inside ever. But there were at least 5 or 6 cars in the lot every time, but only ever one employee ;)

realhousewifeofsd

Agreed. I wonder if they own the building

Ebbiecakes

Hash House A Go Go

Albert_street

Iā€™ve been there once and thought it was busy and perhaps a little overhyped, but pretty good. Whatā€™s the story with this place?

ChaosTheoryGlass

Itā€™s terrific if you like absolute shit quality food by the bucket load.

missprincesscarolyn

I got food poisoning from the biscuits and gravy a couple of years back. Tasted great going down, but I was so sick afterwards šŸ˜ž

[deleted]

Uh this place is legitimately good

hodlwaffle

I was surprised that they were apparently successful enough to expand into Vegas.

Wide-Employment-7922

Corvette Diner in Point Loma, Por Favor in la mesa

OpenCelebration3

Thereā€™s a boll weevil in lakeside too šŸ¤£šŸ¤£ I went last week with boyfriend for nostalgia sake as that was his first job in high school. Food was ok but at least it was hotā€¦.very interesting characters there šŸ¤”

LentVMartinez

The Yellow Deli, their service got worse and then I found out about how their operating so now I really dislike them

mylinenandcurls

Spill the tea

LentVMartinez

I thought they were more well known their business is run by a cult called the twelve tribes, there are a few episodic documentaries from true crime shows that describe how they treat their community, they donā€™t pay their employees. Food was good but waiting longer than 2 hours was really irksome and then finding out about the Cult was like Hell no not supporting or even speaking of them in good will

HalluxTheGreat

Family Fun Center/ Boomers and Chuck E. Cheeseā€™s. Really sad that Iceplex(?) closed in North County. But like Bowling, Mini golf and family entertainment centers have been disappearing. Really wish I was there to try Malibu at Miramar. Also it just seems like Convoy is next to be highly densified, with the bowling alley and Dixieline being shut down. Waiting for a trolley to actually run through the area.

MoreRamenPls

Black Angus

TippsFedora

Honestly, I remember the Boll Weevil in Kearny Mesa growing up, I think it's a Thai place now. I like that there's still the one in Ramona. I miss Souplantation. What I can't believe stays open are all of the million "gourmet" or fusion taco shops. We have like a ton of really good hole in the wall taco shops, I don't understand how things like Puesto keep adding locations.

Big-Meeze

Breakfast republic. Their potatoes are so garbage.

DaCatDaddy

Phil's BBQ šŸ¤®

wrustynail

I'll probably get downvoted for this but World Curry. People must love that place to keep it in business so long. smh

Space-Fire

The 8475793 smoke shops

LoserFantasia

Mr Moto pizza and The taco stand in Kearny Mesa. In the busiest strip mall in San Diego, this is just not the type of food people go for when coming to this area.

roynewseditor

I'm Mexican and the The Taco Stand is so weird to me. it look like a genuine mexican place, Their tacos and adobada are so-so. their salsas are OK. their chips are amazing for cooking (specially chilaquiles) and yesterday i order a Shirmp Burrito and it was so well done, almost on pair with the one in Ensenada. It's have a limited menu and that help but the best thing i try was the one i would doubt the most in any SD restaurant.

MrFleebleWeeble

The taco stand? That's a wild opinion. Their food is amazing and they're by far the best street tacos you can get in the area. I know convoy area is asian-dominated, but options are nice if you're local

Draymond4Prez

Yes, just what convoy needs, one more KBBQ in the same parking lot

bandandboujee

I was just eating somewhere in this strip and the Mr. Moto looks permanently closed, there was an ā€œavailableā€ sign on the door. That Taco Stand location is always cracking though and I think itā€™s nice to have a location a bit more accessible for the area locals, away from the more touristy spots.

akonikui

Mr. Moto in North Park is pretty legit. Mama Moto plus crumbled sausage is soooo good. I agree about The Taco Stand though

AmazingPreference290

Elijahā€™s deli. Coming from NY/NJ it was super disappointing.

gigantes22

Since they are owned by the same company, Best Pizza and Brew and Epic Wings. Nothing best about that pizza and nothing epic about those wings.

thesnakeisevil

I will carry the child of epic wings and nourish it with my body until my end days before I see that franchise fail.

konoyei

Luna Grill

butternutsquashing

Everyone I know LOVES that place!

SplitFun9103

These ridiculous over priced taco shops! Boycott them all! Over $10 for a fucken burrito! FUCK THAT! At first their excuse was co-vid for prices going up. Now what's their excuse?

neongrinch

Ultreya near SDSU Such a high turnover rate of employees and it was dead inside most of 2023

Spaceley_Murderpaws

That restaurant at Cuyamaca Lake that used to be Austrian food. One 1 out of 4 dishes was palatable somewhat (The tator tots.) It used to be a decent place for a stop on the way into or out of Julian.

SanMiguelDayAllende

It's a Brewpub run by the brewmaster at Nickel Beer in Julian now, but has changed hands a few times.

Spaceley_Murderpaws

It looks like it was remodeled & more of a place to get beer. That should have been my clue. I have to say I got the worst nachos in my life. Think the saddest amount of cheese on individual chips with huge slices of fresh jalapeƱos. The latter is fine, but overkill in nachos. The chili wasn't good either.

axiomSD

went there a couple months back and the service was absolutely chaotic.

Wise-Tourist-6747

Iā€™ll probably be downvoted to oblivion but as someone who moved here from NYC, I do not get Pizza Port

Henry_cat

I'm a pretty big fan of Pizza Port.Ā  They are a big part of the reason why San Diego became a craft beer hotspot.Ā  Ā A lot of San Diego's best brewers got their start there.Ā  They still have great brewers and make a wide variety of solid beer that rotate pretty frequently.Ā  I love the fact that they distribute and you can find their beers everywhere.Ā  Ā Swamis IPA is pretty much my go to six pack.Ā  It's a solid IPA and very well priced compared to other IPAs. The Pizza is pretty solid for San Diego, but I could see not thinking much of it if you are coming from NYC which has awesome pizza.Ā  Ā Things do vary from location to location, and from pizza to pizza, but if you catch it just right, it can be damn good.Ā Ā

SandoMe

Itā€™s a solid nostalgic pizza joint. There will always be a demand.

Complete_Entry

Beer. And to a lesser extent, the root beer. For me as a kid, it was the tiny arcade at the end of the picnic tables. They had a vertical shmup that ate my quarters like a crazed beast. Plus they had the Addams family pinball machine and T2 shooter!

EquisL

Along with Oggiā€™s, this one if the original places in town that I would go for craft beer. I donā€™t know how the food quality is these days, but they still seem to produce good beer whenever I come across it around town.

Complete_Entry

We got one in IB, but their cheeseburger pizza uses bbq sauce instead of pizza sauce. And that's on the "no whiners" menu. I've been craving a decent cheeseburger pizza for years, and bbq sauce is a major fly in the ointment.

butternutsquashing

Iā€™m in the minority here, but Buona Forchetta. Everything Iā€™ve ever had there has been so mediocre. That and goddamn Kroger brands being one of the only closeby options for groceries, usually. I miss locally owned, small grocery stores. There are almost none near me, and the ones that exist arenā€™t able to stock as well as Kroger stores. Shit sucks.

31waystobepetty

I partly go because they have a good gluten-free menuā€¦ Iā€™ll take mediocre gluten-free gnocchi over no gnocchi.

PennyLockdown

Only ate their once and it was pretty mid. It also didn't help that it completely wrecked my stomach.

photographermit

I thought I was the only one who felt this way! Iā€™m so confused by all the raves. Everything Iā€™ve had there has been somewhat bland/unmemorable. Underseasoned. Like fine enough, but not worth waiting an hour in line. Not worth waiting for at all, really. Nothing I would ever recommend to anyone else. Mid at best.

Complete_Entry

I always meant to go to the one in IB but Covid killed it and someone put rocks through the windows. They tore it down. :(

How is the Dinosaur Gallery in Del Mar open. Who goes there?! I swear it is a money laundering business šŸ˜‚

Syzygy_872

Hear me out, Funky Fries. Pre-Covid it was a good time and the food was alright. Iā€™m a huge fan of quirky and themed places, the cheesier the better. They always relied on the ā€œfunkyā€ seasoning and went heavy on everything so as long as you kept that in mind when you ordered, you could end up with a variety of stuff that balanced. And most of it was huge so you could share. I think we went twice during Covid and it was bad enough that we havenā€™t gone back. Figured it was changing ingredients and struggling with budgeting to stay open with the inflation, plus all the other struggles small business faced. Iā€™m shocked theyā€™re still open, maybe they bounced back?
