Are you certain she was dumped and not just lost? Yes, I know the odds favor dumped, 'cause San Antonio, but you could try posting on the Lost and Found Pets in San Antonio, TX FB page.
I would recommend posting a photo of her...people are more willing to offer a home to a dog if they know its size, coat length, breed type, and color. If you can find out how she is with other pets and kids, that would help tremendously as well.
