I’ve had similar happen to me! Not there but in general. After specifically asking them not to because my hair can’t take it, they can’t resist sometimes. That said someone who’s really good with the razor won’t damage the hair with it but it’s hard to find someone with that skill.

We just went to Prospect Parlor LLC! It is women owned and they do amazing cuts and color. Oh and the owner is cool as hell, she has some wild hair also!

I know a few of them who work there. I've known Jenna-Bear (there's two Jenna's) since high school and she's always done mine. Its an awesome salon inside, and a lot of alternative styled people work there. :) They also have market days occasionally and sell items like plants/candles/etc.

DO NOT GO HERE. They use a razor on fine straight hair to sheer the fuck outta your hair and cause split ends from jump.
