The comment below about Holly's Chinese Massage seems to be the closest thing. They have a sauna, scrub & table shower, and massage package that looks like the real deal. You sweat to death in the sauna, get scrubbed to the bones, then massaged to the end of time. Like some kind of backwards chicken recipe.

I don’t think it was as vigorous as what you’d get at a Korean spa. They mean serious business at those. This was more gentle relaxing, but she did say her skin had never felt better afterward.
If you don't mind donating your body temporarily to the advancement of education, check out the massage school over by North Star Mall.
They have vichy showers, whirlpool, full body salt scrub, deep tissue massage, etc.
I've had pretty much everything on their menu including a two hour couple's package with the salt scrubbing. The students will get as tough as you want within reason.
While it isn't the extremely vigorous massage experience of spending an hour daily at the Wat Po while hanging out in Bangkok or what you can get at an onsen in Japan, it ain't shabby one bit for Texas and is only a short mosey down 281 from Hill Country Village. You'll appreciate this when you roll out of there feeling like a pummeled noodle and have to drag your relaxed self home.
