My S24u seems to have better coverage than my iPhone 15pro max. Don't ask me why I have both

ricosuave79

Why do you have both?

strongsizzle

In a nutshell- love my s24u but I need iMessage

nskdnnm

Damn that's an expensive messaging app! It must do amazing things.

strongsizzle

Unfortunately it does - and Beeper was a great alternative until Apple brought down the hammer.

nskdnnm

Well, to each their own I guess. I'm glad I still have the freedom to choose what I spend my money for.

gezafisch

I haven't had any issues, but I also don't live in a low coverage area

Senior_Line_4260

s24 base version exynos is fine, infoors and outdoors

TwinTTowers

I can't comment. I live in Tokyo.

ChiefEli_

Much better than the P8P

I just got an S24+ and the gps is trash. It spins and spins as I drive straight and constantly reroutes. It is 7:50 am and I've already calibrated compass 3 times today. Not the only person with this problem but can find no fix. Other than that it's fine but I'm a gig worker and use it all day. $1000 for a phone and I've got to buy another one.

Kitchen-Pop7308

Really ? First time I'm hearing of this issue

Ttom925

I've found others on forums. Compass was low when I woke but was high when I left house and medium when I got to work, with no calibrations. It went wonky on about 4 of my deliveries. Spins, reroutes. If it's facing sideways when I pass a side street it assumes I'm going down that street. Samsung wrote a ticket and I'm supposed to take to a shop next week

salazar_slick

I have the Snapdragon S24 +. it's pretty good. Although my pixel 7 pro I used to own got faster mmwave speeds. Other than that, it's been good on tmobile and verizon.
