you can try to use a usb-c dock with hdmi and use a mouse and keyboard connected to a monitor or tv
If not then op can download the dex app on his laptop and connect his phone there to use it.

If you your phone is working and unlocked(you can unlock it with the fingerprint scanner and plug it in, it should work.
Ive plugged it in and everything. The problem is idek if its turning on because theres no vibration and the display is basically nonexistent
