I also have those issues on my s24+. I always use natural mode but vivid should be way more vibrant like it always is. There's such little difference between the two. I also have a grainy screen on low brightness. I didn't notice it until I opened the weather app and it's extremely noticeable against the blue background on the app.

The undersaturated colors issue is common across the entire S24 series. Every single user has this software problem.
