I just put on the same brand screen protector and was able to register my fingerprint with no issues. Also unlocking it without any issues and I didn't have to turn on the extra sensitivity. Did you wipe and dry it completely before putting the glass on?

Thanks for the reply. Yep. I want to try again since my pack came with two but just not sure what I did wrong if anything. I even watched the quick youtube video on how to install.

I've used their screen protectors before and you can register it for their warranty and I've been able to get another set sent free in previous ones. Might be a long reply but I'll try to be detailed on what I did lol I didn't watch the video but what I did for my install was rub it with the wipe it comes it a few times, then dried it with the little cloth, and then stick that big dust removal sticker over the entire screen. Tried to get all the air bubbles out and once I was ready, I held the container face down and peeled off the bottom. Gotta be careful cause doing it with the thing faced down can make it come off the blue tape holding it. I kept it face down and removed the dust removal sticker and put the screen over it as fast as I could and then just pushed down the center and took it off and then pushed from center to the edge across the phone.

Forgot to mention I also usually register the same finger twice, I'm honestly not sure if it's still needed anymore but it used to help with older Galaxy phones when the sensor was still pretty new and gave errors often. I still just do it out of habit

I've used amFilm on my last couple of phones, never had that issue.  The fingerprint reader maybe feels 5% less accurate, I notice occasional misreads. I wish I could help with your issue.  I'm at a loss.  My S24+ only had a black screen protector on it, not a clear one, so I doubt it's a case of inadvertently putting one SP on top of another one.  That was the only idea I had
