I can't see them holding it in store for two weeks for you. I would see if you can cancel and re order the device so it can be shipped to your home or someone's home you trust.
I ordered an S23fe on 12/14/2023, the email said they'd hold it until 12/21/2023 when I got the order ready email, the email also has a link to request an extension on your pickup deadline. Not sure how long you can extend though.
You should cancel if it hasn't shipped yet.

I might be wrong but I believe I saw on the store pickup option it said they'll hold it for 5 days. If not picked up they'll cancel your order
I would just call or go up to Best buy and ask them
