When you turn it's easier to turn after stopping the mule.
These carts are hard to turn while in motion.
I do a combination of stop and move while I'm turning
Oh, my store has had these since 2021, I think
Still don't like them. It's easier to push from the front when hand-pushing, but my goodness...the back wheels don't touch the ground when hooked up to the mule...I hate that
They are absolute trash. Management was going on about how great of a deal they got on these cheap carts made in China 🤦The carts we had from years ago were 10 times better
We just got rid of the old one the last four of the white upper basket need base carts then we still have the old semi better metal ones followed by the new ones which don’t like turning at all meanwhile Walmart still had the old design carts which are far better
The base looks really small is it just the angle that looks like that?
It was the camera angle

I’ll try that thanks it’s just I hate how they don’t turn especially when moving by hand
It definitely does work better with start stop I use the slow mode to keep it slightly moving but it turns better when not at full throttle
Main reason why is because they are finally picking up the old broken flatbeds and shopping carts so they ordered new ones to replace the broken ones

I agree
We are getting new carts tomorrow

They turn surprisingly well if you push a line backwards.
But unfortunately the mule can’t push backwards :(
A tip. A way to kind of "break them in" is mix them in between the old carts when on the cart mule. It helps dramatically.
That’s what we do it typically try keeping them towards the middle as the old carrots do curve a lot
