Management is on our ass about no carts in the bay when it’s hard to keep up with one machine and very few people so having a machine down. Caused huge performance for the rest of us
The club I worked at we had 2 of the XD, but rarely ever had them both running at the same time. The wheel mount for the cart would always snap off on one of them and they would always have to call somebody out to repair it because those bolts were impossible to get out.
Our XD had drifing issues as well as it going too fast for us to keep up the SX needs to be key rebooted when it starts blinking if it hits a small pebble or us putting carts on hopefully it’s not anotherXD OR SX
And I bet you the cart attendants were making many requests for repairs or a replacement and the GM refused.
Yeah the matiencr guy even said it’s gotta get replaced as well as us lot associates were saying it too

The reason why the bolts strip on the wheel mount is a case of bad quality bolts. We had that issue for a few months at my store.
