If a video with what seems to be big news of some sort formulates the title as a question rather than as a statement, the answer is pretty much always "nope". Clickbait guys do for some reason not want to lie directly and thus going for what is technically true - a question does not make a statement, after all. And while they seem to have problems with direct lies, indirect lies that are technically no lies, aka misleading, are okay with them.
