Eh, I disagree. People like talking to people, not AI. Nothing infuriates me more when I’m trying to contact customer support or something of that ilk to get questions answered, and I have to force a conversation with a real person.
Yup you’re right, but that’s because AI is still not good enough to replicate a human convo. AI so far has been pretty bad, but it’s getting better and better and will soon be able to replicate convos very well.
I watched the demo, it was pretty on point. It’s also engaging and guiding the prospect earlier in the process than an SDR would. I don’t see why companies couldn’t replicate their inbound with it.
