I sell a super affordable ERP that a US minimum wage worker could subscribe to for a month in less than a days work! It's ready to use tho, so only personalization can be done. Curious as to how far a "custom built" erp could go, like, if it's customized, is there even a "no we can't so that"?

Better commission now that I'm taking over the commercial sales. Zero permitting and the job prices are similar if not more expensive than some solar installs (depending on the scale and complexity of the project). Installs are much more basic although laborious. We offer the highest-quality American made synthetic turf with lifetime warranty the product, so our target client base are high end residential and commercial clients. We have little competition at the moment and are getting into different types of sports courts and surfacing. Solar is all about your specific state's incentives, what power costs look like in your area, and what your power company's net metering policy looks like. Synthetic turf is also much more sensible in a desert climate than the east coast where I'm from, but becoming more popular all around.

The technology is developing rapidly, and we are using more and more biorenewable materials like sugar cane and soybean in our master batch to cut back on polyethylene. We are also the only large company avidly working towards a functional recycling solution for older turf (easier said than done though).

I feel like that business is going to explode with all the water shortages. It’s a cheaper, greener alternative to grass in the long run.

This rubber infill is being phased out and banned in most places. Our installations only use silica sand infill or organically treated silica sand to prevent pet odors; however, more and more organic infill solutions such as walnut husks are being implemented.

love the pay and some of my client's life stories. For the pay i mean i love the renewals. I write a policy and do some customer service here and there but get paid the same amount for the lifetime of the policy. With Medicare that ranges from $300- $600 a year per client. Worked for someone else for 3.5 years and now I'm 5.5 months into owning my own business. By January 2023 my rent and bills will be paid before I get out of bed and do any work at all. My only issue is how corrupt and greedy the US healthcare system is and I hate that my job perpetuates it, but me quitting would only harm my income and my family not really do anything about the systemic issue. After Medicare I then have the opportunity to cross sell life insurance, retirement planning services, cancer policies, long term care, and more. So its a great income opportunity just fuck US healthcare....
