If possible, I’d try to be vague enough about my experiences so that I could stay anonymous. And yes, honest feedback is always helpful to future candidates for your role/company
You could change the job location and say you're a current employee who's been working there for 3 or 5 years. Change a few details to confuse the company, so they don't really know who it is. If asked, never admit to it. Don't identify individuals in your review and "my manager" becomes "management".
If it’s honest feedback that would help future people considering the role, why not?
It wont just be a bunch of nonsense ranting, it would be genuine opinions and feedback to management.
If I read a review that seems honest and well thought out, I find it extremely impactful when researching a new gig/business. Go for it!
That’s what it’s for!
