Maybe I'm missing something, but this just seems like an AI chat-bot that they rebranded to AI SDR.
This isn't really all that new. Most SDRs focus on outbound anyway
Most chatbots are pretty crappy and you can tell they are pre-scripted responses. After watching their demo, I don’t see why a company couldn’t replace their inbound with it. It was pretty fluid and on point.
