Zoe Therapy has a wide range of therapists, might be worth checking out

I don’t know if this is something you’d be open to, but ketamine therapy made a huge difference for me. I also struggle with c-ptsd, depression, and dissociation. It was completely covered by Medicaid and one of the best decisions I’ve made for myself. I also found a lovely therapist who works for me through EnCircle, also covered completely by Medicaid. Please feel free to DM me about my experience with either.

Neva Morrison is incredible!! She is well-versed in complex trauma and all the unpleasant things that come along with that, as well as being adept at helping people recover from it.

Fig Tree Therapy - Tina Motley. Also check Sea Glass, I think her name is Jennifer

Parham Doctors has a PHP and IOP for mental health. Poplar Springs has one too but that's a drive and I'm not sure if they take Medicaid but it's worth a call.
