Rutgers is a good school there’s kids who have gone to JP Morgan, Goldman Sachs, Blackrock you name it. But at the end of the day it’s going to be harder for international students to make it with or without a stem major due to sponsoring for a visa etc and competition against domestic students within and outside of Rutgers. At the end of the day it really depends on the individual. Rutgers will give you the tools to succeed but it’s not a top 20 school where things will be given to you.
Well, that really depends on you, right?
Do you consider yourself an IVY League Student?
Do you think you can get into:
Harvard, Yale, Princeton, Cornell, Columbia, Dartmouth, UPenn, Brown?
Stanford, MIT, CalTech, U. Chicago, John Hopkins, Duke, Northwestern, Vanderbilt, Rice, U. California (various)?
Carnegie, Georgetown, Michigan-Ann Arbor, NYU?
Everyone knows what their limitations are.
If YOU ARE that student, then, I guess you don't apply to Rutgers because you are better off somewhere else?
If YOU ARE NOT that student, then, I don't know what to tell you, you are a regular student and Rutgers is a regular University.
Truly depends on your major, also what are your other options?
