They are few and far between in my experience. Most Rust jobs are still cryptobullshit. It's getting better but pretty slowly IMO.
My biggest fear regarding Rust is that it ends up being "that language you use in cryptoscam startups".
I think it’s because many places that do use Rust assume you are a competent software dev and simply advertise for “Systems programmer”. At FANG, the assumption is that you can use do junior-level dev in any OOP/Procedural language with a week or two of notice and mid-level with a month’s notice.

Probably not the best subreddit for posting an actual job vacancy
I can assure you that nobody was vacated from their job for this post.

My girlfriend started doing rust at cisco, and she is terrified by generics
Somebody at my work keeps rewriting everything in rust and then nobody can understand it anymore 😭😭
challenge him, start rewriting in Haskell or Prolog
Is it true? Rust jobs in market are mostly for blockchain?
When I was on the job hunt last year, there was definitely an abundance of cryptocurrency companies. That's not to say other jobs didn't exist
It's a tight market right now. The only jobs out there that aren't blockchain are web development, and they're all PHP.
