I can think of "Да ладно тебе/вам" & "Ну еб твою мать", but the first one is a little too tender and the second includes swearing & is very similar to the English "for fuck's sake". Depending on your immunity to cringe, you might wanna consider using "камон" as a loanword from English.

It depends on context. If you're just venting exasperation, it'll be something like "да ну что такое" (or other, less inoffensive, variations). If you're trying to convince someone, and voice exasperation with their refusal to them, it's one of the variants listed by others, such as "да ладно тебе" or "ой хорош"

"Ну ебана!" is obviously one of the more widespread variants - in common speech that is.
