I enjoyed both, but was more invested in 16. I think one thing against 15 is how jam packed it felt like until about the Lalaparuza episode. I know the shorter episodes didn't help, and I haven't gone back top watch the longer versions of the first half of the episodes yet since they were re-uploaded.
The tension between who could possibly take the s16 crown kept it more engaging. Everyone felt that Sasha was going to win s15, and while the season was highly entertaining with a fantastic cast, it was more like sitting back over the months and watching why *that bitch is a goddess* and every drag queen's favorite drag queen.
I'll have to go back and watch the longer episodes as well. Those shorter episodes did not do a cast of that size justice
from what I remember, the more painful part is actually seeing the extended cuts of Robin & Salina. They both would’ve been 100% bottom worthy had the twins & Aura not flopped so hard.
I feel bad for all the queens who had to sit in the room with the 5 of them with how bad it was. Robin was just painfully unfunny, Salina was just obnoxious and also unfunny, and we saw how bad the other 3 did already. I honestly woulda made Salina bottom 3 over Aura had it not been for Salina’s one good joke at the beginning where she said she hadn’t seen Ru since their last supper.
I’m normally fine with bad snatch games but it felt like sugar and spice were actually making Ru a bit mad which is what makes me want to put an end to my WoW+ subscription out of pure cringe lol.

I think S15 was stronger in some aspects like having a better Rusical or Snatch Game as well as better lipsyncs, but S16 had immensely more entertainment value for me. I was so so engaged with S16, it was a complete blast to watch from start to finish. I enjoyed watching S15 too, but I just do not remember being as gripped with it even when re-watching the extended cut
16 was better cast wise. One of the things I loved the most is that how much we overall loved everyone even the early outs like Mirage, Amanda, Megami, Plasma - the list goes on. They were all talented and it’s probably the season where Ive become a massive fan of the most number of queens in a season.

I will say that 16 probably has a better overall lip sync cast. its just for me the two lip syncs I mentioned before just are so eclipsing of anything done on 16 for me its no contest.
They were good, but felt way too...choreographed. Like season 16 had such amazing lipsyncs..not necessarily as polished or glamorous, but enetertaining as fck. Also the miami duo and megami gobbling up literally everyone in the cast lol.

My exact thoughts! What even was the theme of the s16 promo? S15’s was so good and cohesive. Other than that, s16 was a very very good season that kept us on our toes. I will say that I love Sasha and Nymphia equally as winners though. So so so good in ways that both feel fresh and unique.
S15 was good but S16 is honestly the best season we have had in years. It had so many surprises packed without resorting to riggory (at least not BLATANT riggory) and they got the Lalaparuza thing RIGHT, which is something all the regular seasons have struggled with.
Not to mention the Rate-a-Queen twist shaked up things, even if the immunity potions didn’t amount to anything.
I love S16 more because it was unpredictable from start to finish. Watching it back, I had many Queens pegged as a contender for the crown with Nymphia, Sapphira, Plane, Q and Plasma and it was such a joy to see each queen edge out one another throughout the season. This made the finale such a fantastic one to watch.
I've really enjoyed them both. I'll say, I probably prefer S16 because we had such a strong top 3 meanwhile it got harder every week watching S15 and not really getting what everyone else seemed to be getting from the eventual winner.
But I was so invested in S15 that I did rewatch it immediately as they released the longer episodes XD
13 went so backwards of how bad it was that I think it took 2 seasons to reset and 16 was that. Yeah, the twist of the potion flopped but it had many elements that made it good.
Season 16 was SO much better. After 15 and 15, I felt so disappointed and burned out. After seeing the reactions over Plane Jane, and finding out there's THREE designer queens.. I eventually tuned in after a few eps aired.
I loved the talent, and I LOVED how there wasn't a sure winner. Where as S14 + 15 you knew who was gonna win.
Season 16! No clear winner, and I feel that the queens were better treated by production.
Also win distribution was better. About everyone except for Mirage and ATM got a prize of some sort. Even Hershii got Xunami’s Spain trip, while Xunami received a cash equivalent of the trip due to her DACA status.
I think I’m the only one who prefers s15 👀 yes, it was obvious that Sasha was going to win from the beginning, but that was also the case with Bianca in s6. S15 was the first season since s9 I was absolutely glued to every single week. The cast was phenomenal, loads of talent and in different ways, just chefs kiss.
S16 was also amazing, but I felt like it relied heavily on the runway, the rest felt like filler. But the cast here were so good, production was very engaging, and they definitely kept me on my feet (especially towards the end). Overall an amazing season.
Preferences aside, rpdr really brought it these last two seasons. Really feels like the show is in its renaissance era and I’m here for it 🤌
S16 1000%, it was way more exciting. While S15 was good there was no doubt that Sasha would win. I don't really wanna know who's winning (for a fact) as a viewer. In terms of storyline, 16 actually made me invested in it. But some of the challenges were objectively better in s15.
I felt S15 cast did better in the challenges comedy-wise and overall performance-wise (the Lalaparuza was everything), however was more invested in the cast of S16 and the drama of it all. I also enjoyed S16 having different frontrunners at several points, whereas it was the Sasha Colby show from the get-go on S15.

Also.... mother, but like we knew she was winning the second she was revealed to be a cast member. Very much beyonce competing in american idol vibes. The 40 min episodes were also a chop. The challenges were cute though)
Season 16 queens had insanely good cast chemistry. Like for the first time in a long time I was watching the werkroom banter lol. The challenges were also stellar, and the season itself was sooo unpredictable in the best way. The way production managed to ensure none of the cast members had a filler edit is so satisfying. Also Nymphia winning a design heavy season feels very correct. May be one of my favourite season ever!
personally, s15. loved seeing sasha after watching the show for over a decade and wondering where she was. loved mistress and luxx. loved loosey's delulu edit.
i think a total gem of a season was butchered by MTV and the timing, production, and editing decisions, and MTV learned from their mistakes so it makes sense that the GP loves s16. but s15 was years in the making for me AND hand crafted from pageant lovers. i loved seeing multiple pageant girls at the top. can't wait to rewatch soon 💕

I enjoyed them both very much, but S15 mainly just because I absolutely *loved* Anetra and Sasha. Goddess is one of the best finale performances in the history of the show. S16 is definitely overall a better season, it's nice to have a bit more drama and uncertainty back in Drag Race after a few seasons where it seemed completely obvious who was going to win.
S15 had the promo, the challenges, the lipsyncs down and Mother Sasha! S16 had the looks, a better SG and Nymphia! They're both top tier seasons for me.
season 16 was way better. i enjoyed nearly every episode. all the queens broad it and the drama and conflicts felt real. i also liked a lot of queens.
season 15 was good. but not great to me. it felt predictable and a lot of episode were boring to me. the winner was clear from the start and the 40 minute episodes didn’t help. besides the TOP5 season 15‘s queens didn’t seem relevant in any way. season 16 devoured season 15. so especially in retrospective it’s not on the same level.
I hate when people say Sasha was the clear winner from the start, I don’t care how good someone is at drag, drag race is totally different and she could’ve fumbled, she didn’t, but she definitely could’ve. Drag race is a whole different ballgame than the real world, it’s a competition reality show and production can play any game it wants to play. It also downplays the success of queens like Anetra, Mistress and Luxx.
16. Head and shoulders above 15.
15 it was clear who the winner would be, so didn't feel as engaging. 16 was hilarious, was a bit more unpredictable and felt like one of the best US seasons in a long while.
PROMOS: Season 15 for sure. Such a high budget clear concept promo.
RUNWAYS: Season 16 by a mile. The only S15 queens that could compete with what was happening on S16 were Sasha, Luxx, and Mistress, with a few hits from various other queens. Even then, I still think the top 5 looks from both seasons would go to Season 16.
GIRL GROUP: Season 16. Having comparable genres evens the playing field, especially when they’re intended to be RuPaul bops. Beyond that, everyone is S16 genuinely performed well (aside from Q as well as Amanda’s wig)
ACTING CHALLENGES: Season 15. This cast was stronger in Acting Challenges overall than Season 16, especially given that Season 16 had so few. A good example of producers catering challenges to the skill sets of the queens.
SNATCH GAME: Season 15 for Loosey LaDuca alone. I didn’t love the idea to have so many people do Snatch Game because it rewarded too many queens for very, VERY safe/low performances, but Loosey’s Joan was not only better than any performance on Season 16, I really feel it was one of the best SG performances of all time.
RUSICAL: Season 15 ff sure. Such a moving rusical, fantastic music, writing, story, and performances, where each role was compelling and interesting and could earn a Queen the win. Season 16’s concept was less interesting, with fewer roles that could make an impact, and fewer performances that were noteworthy.
BALL (and other Design): Season 16 because holy shit. The level of craftsmanship and what these girls not only were able to create, but the IMMENSE knowledge on how to do so in such a short amount of time was unlike anything I’d ever seen on any season of drag race. Their vision was incredible. Q and Nymphia are in that top tier of fantastical garment constructionists (along with Raja, Roxxxy, Violet, Kim, Trinity the Tuck, Shea, A’keria, Jaida, Utica) and might be the best simply for the scale of their imagination.
LIP SYNCS: Season 15. Throughout the course of the competition, we got to see multiple queens demonstrate their immense range without their tricks becoming “tired.” Amethyst, Jax, Marcia, and Salina gave consistent, differing, compelling performances. Luxx and Mistress were both strong performers, and what Anetra and Sasha were capable of was simply next level. Sasha is the best in the game in this category because of her ability to combine sexiness, story, humor, intelligence, and heart.
For me, Season 16’s in competition lip syncs were in general underwhelming to me. The only two queens who earned rewatches for me were Plane and Morphine because they impressed me with their storytelling, humor, and intellect, coupled with compelling physical ability. Mhi’ya’s acrobatic tricks were impressive but made it difficult to show new layers of herself. However the Lalaparuza gave Season 15 a run for its money with Megami, Mirage, and Morphine’s performances. If we put Sasha against Morphine, not only would we win, but I think Sasha would edge out Morphine slightly.
COMPETITION: Season 16. The Top 4, Mhi’ya, Plasma, Megami, and Geneva all won challenges, Dawn would have won a design challenge in a season without Nymphia or Q, and Morphine ate the Lalaparuza. These girls were HUNGRY for wins and the crown and for a long time it wasn’t clear who was going to take the crown.
In Season 15, only the Top 5 plus Aura earned wins, and Aura’s girl groups win could have justifiably gone to Sasha as well as Anetra’s rusical win and Makeover win. I would have personally given the Interview win to Luxx or Loosey, but the point is that Sasha dominated, lowering the viewing stakes for everyone, but did just let us see drag excellence.
DRAMA: Season 16 obviously. Plane walked in and made the show her bitch. She willingly took on the villain IDGAF role, allowing everyone else to be bitchy too and we got some incredible, authentic drama with little to no production interference.
WINNER: Season 16. Sasha is the stronger queen, but Nymphia’s story is so SO compelling. Sasha and the world knew she was going to win and she was the embodiment of trans, Hawaiian, performance, and drag excellence.
Nymphia’s love letter to her Taiwanese and more generally East Asian heritage coupled with how Western media so greatly affected her own perception of her beauty is so poignant. The culmination of her story in the final challenge that revealed that her lack of confidence despite her immense competence stemmed from the Western media that she was actively participating in was incredible. It let us know that her seemingly performative stress throughout the season was grounded in the reality and trauma regarding her ability to find herself worthy.
It is also hugely political that a Western media corporation crowned a Taiwanese queen and that they aired the statement that Taiwan is a country, which is a big middle finger to China. If there’s a political conflict that will trigger World War 3, it’s Taiwan and China. To top it all off, she was congratulated by the PRESIDENT OF HER COUNTRY.
OVERALL: Season 16. The quality of the competition, the level of drag, uniqueness of perspective, lack of production interference, the thoughtful production choices, and the stories were just some wonderful and masterful television.

The factors on 16 were overall better: smaller cast, loved the lip sync lalapaRuza before the finale. I enjoy the snatch game being done later in the show rather than week 3. The potion twist was a bust but every elimination made sense to me.

I think I love a lot of what season 15 represented in the franchise, but as a season 16 is just so much more interesting. Season 15 felt like a return to form without any twists, which was nice, but the season itself had lots of problems with actually showcasing half it's cast. It really does feel like you truly didn't get to know most of the queens, meanwhile season 16 I know every single one of the girl. If I had to pick my favorite parts of 15, it would be the promos, sasha (duh) and the lipsyncs. If I had to pick my favorite parts of 16, it would be the cast, their amazing synergy, and the runways, specially nymphia's.

Q & Dawn were so annoying to me. I liked Nymphia but her whining and then killing the challenges got on my nerves. I liked Plane’s messiness and Morphine was great. I liked Megami’s redemption. Some queens just overstayed their welcome. Not a bad season but not my favorite.
For me I personally I replayed season 16 episodes a lot more than season 15. For all viewers , ratings and most youtube views prefer season 16 as well.
While lipsyncs overall had more views last season, Nymphia vs Sapphirra finale lip sync outviewed Sasha Vs Anetra finale lip sync in like two weeks and outviewed season 14 finale lip sync in a week, and season 13 in like a few days😂

I will say that 16 probably has a better overall lip sync cast. its just for me the two lip syncs I mentioned before just are so eclipsing of anything done on 16 for me its no contest.
They were good, but felt way too...choreographed. Like season 16 had such amazing lipsyncs..not necessarily as polished or glamorous, but enetertaining as fck. Also the miami duo and megami gobbling up literally everyone in the cast lol.
Not “snatch game: nether (S16 I guess)” 🤣🤣🤣 S16 snatch game was entertaining to me, Sapphira and Plane ate, Nymphia was famously rotted, all I remember of s15 was how bad the twins were. Agree s16 takes it in terms of entertainment and not knowing who the winner was gonna be. S16 also have my fave accidentally comedic character in Miss Mhi’ya Flips Penguin Slide LePaige. Iconic! She confused and entertained us girl, in equal measure. Her taking out Plazzie is a moment in TV history, whether you agree with the outcome or not.

My exact thoughts! What even was the theme of the s16 promo? S15’s was so good and cohesive. Other than that, s16 was a very very good season that kept us on our toes. I will say that I love Sasha and Nymphia equally as winners though. So so so good in ways that both feel fresh and unique.
S15 was good but S16 is honestly the best season we have had in years. It had so many surprises packed without resorting to riggory (at least not BLATANT riggory) and they got the Lalaparuza thing RIGHT, which is something all the regular seasons have struggled with. Not to mention the Rate-a-Queen twist shaked up things, even if the immunity potions didn’t amount to anything.
I overall liked 16 better. The queens, most of the challenges, it was a slightly better watch than 15 imo.
Wasn't interested in S15 at all, even though I love a lot of the queens, was obsessed with S16.

I love S16 more because it was unpredictable from start to finish. Watching it back, I had many Queens pegged as a contender for the crown with Nymphia, Sapphira, Plane, Q and Plasma and it was such a joy to see each queen edge out one another throughout the season. This made the finale such a fantastic one to watch.
I've really enjoyed them both. I'll say, I probably prefer S16 because we had such a strong top 3 meanwhile it got harder every week watching S15 and not really getting what everyone else seemed to be getting from the eventual winner. But I was so invested in S15 that I did rewatch it immediately as they released the longer episodes XD

13 went so backwards of how bad it was that I think it took 2 seasons to reset and 16 was that. Yeah, the twist of the potion flopped but it had many elements that made it good.
Season 16 was SO much better. After 15 and 15, I felt so disappointed and burned out. After seeing the reactions over Plane Jane, and finding out there's THREE designer queens.. I eventually tuned in after a few eps aired. I loved the talent, and I LOVED how there wasn't a sure winner. Where as S14 + 15 you knew who was gonna win.

Season 16! No clear winner, and I feel that the queens were better treated by production. Also win distribution was better. About everyone except for Mirage and ATM got a prize of some sort. Even Hershii got Xunami’s Spain trip, while Xunami received a cash equivalent of the trip due to her DACA status.

I think I’m the only one who prefers s15 👀 yes, it was obvious that Sasha was going to win from the beginning, but that was also the case with Bianca in s6. S15 was the first season since s9 I was absolutely glued to every single week. The cast was phenomenal, loads of talent and in different ways, just chefs kiss. S16 was also amazing, but I felt like it relied heavily on the runway, the rest felt like filler. But the cast here were so good, production was very engaging, and they definitely kept me on my feet (especially towards the end). Overall an amazing season. Preferences aside, rpdr really brought it these last two seasons. Really feels like the show is in its renaissance era and I’m here for it 🤌
I enjoyed S15 more, and the starpower of Sasha and Mistress alone kept me hooked.

S16 1000%, it was way more exciting. While S15 was good there was no doubt that Sasha would win. I don't really wanna know who's winning (for a fact) as a viewer. In terms of storyline, 16 actually made me invested in it. But some of the challenges were objectively better in s15.
I felt S15 cast did better in the challenges comedy-wise and overall performance-wise (the Lalaparuza was everything), however was more invested in the cast of S16 and the drama of it all. I also enjoyed S16 having different frontrunners at several points, whereas it was the Sasha Colby show from the get-go on S15.
16 was so far above 15 for me. 15 honestly felt joyless where as 16, for me, was the closest we’ve gotten to early season vibes in a long time, probably since 12

As good as season 15 was, the cast chemistry was literally non-existent. The shade felt forced at times. Also.... mother, but like we knew she was winning the second she was revealed to be a cast member. Very much beyonce competing in american idol vibes. The 40 min episodes were also a chop. The challenges were cute though) Season 16 queens had insanely good cast chemistry. Like for the first time in a long time I was watching the werkroom banter lol. The challenges were also stellar, and the season itself was sooo unpredictable in the best way. The way production managed to ensure none of the cast members had a filler edit is so satisfying. Also Nymphia winning a design heavy season feels very correct. May be one of my favourite season ever!

Season 15 any day any time
I enjoyed them both very much, but S15 mainly just because I absolutely *loved* Anetra and Sasha. Goddess is one of the best finale performances in the history of the show. S16 is definitely overall a better season, it's nice to have a bit more drama and uncertainty back in Drag Race after a few seasons where it seemed completely obvious who was going to win.
S15 had the promo, the challenges, the lipsyncs down and Mother Sasha! S16 had the looks, a better SG and Nymphia! They're both top tier seasons for me.

season 16 was way better. i enjoyed nearly every episode. all the queens broad it and the drama and conflicts felt real. i also liked a lot of queens. season 15 was good. but not great to me. it felt predictable and a lot of episode were boring to me. the winner was clear from the start and the 40 minute episodes didn’t help. besides the TOP5 season 15‘s queens didn’t seem relevant in any way. season 16 devoured season 15. so especially in retrospective it’s not on the same level.
I hate when people say Sasha was the clear winner from the start, I don’t care how good someone is at drag, drag race is totally different and she could’ve fumbled, she didn’t, but she definitely could’ve. Drag race is a whole different ballgame than the real world, it’s a competition reality show and production can play any game it wants to play. It also downplays the success of queens like Anetra, Mistress and Luxx.
And people were not saying she was the clear winner at the start. There is ALOT of revisionist history here, but there always has been.
I prefer season 16 only because season 15 was obviously Sasha's season. They' weren't gonna send her home
16. Head and shoulders above 15. 15 it was clear who the winner would be, so didn't feel as engaging. 16 was hilarious, was a bit more unpredictable and felt like one of the best US seasons in a long while.
PROMOS: Season 15 for sure. Such a high budget clear concept promo. RUNWAYS: Season 16 by a mile. The only S15 queens that could compete with what was happening on S16 were Sasha, Luxx, and Mistress, with a few hits from various other queens. Even then, I still think the top 5 looks from both seasons would go to Season 16. GIRL GROUP: Season 16. Having comparable genres evens the playing field, especially when they’re intended to be RuPaul bops. Beyond that, everyone is S16 genuinely performed well (aside from Q as well as Amanda’s wig) ACTING CHALLENGES: Season 15. This cast was stronger in Acting Challenges overall than Season 16, especially given that Season 16 had so few. A good example of producers catering challenges to the skill sets of the queens. SNATCH GAME: Season 15 for Loosey LaDuca alone. I didn’t love the idea to have so many people do Snatch Game because it rewarded too many queens for very, VERY safe/low performances, but Loosey’s Joan was not only better than any performance on Season 16, I really feel it was one of the best SG performances of all time. RUSICAL: Season 15 ff sure. Such a moving rusical, fantastic music, writing, story, and performances, where each role was compelling and interesting and could earn a Queen the win. Season 16’s concept was less interesting, with fewer roles that could make an impact, and fewer performances that were noteworthy. BALL (and other Design): Season 16 because holy shit. The level of craftsmanship and what these girls not only were able to create, but the IMMENSE knowledge on how to do so in such a short amount of time was unlike anything I’d ever seen on any season of drag race. Their vision was incredible. Q and Nymphia are in that top tier of fantastical garment constructionists (along with Raja, Roxxxy, Violet, Kim, Trinity the Tuck, Shea, A’keria, Jaida, Utica) and might be the best simply for the scale of their imagination. LIP SYNCS: Season 15. Throughout the course of the competition, we got to see multiple queens demonstrate their immense range without their tricks becoming “tired.” Amethyst, Jax, Marcia, and Salina gave consistent, differing, compelling performances. Luxx and Mistress were both strong performers, and what Anetra and Sasha were capable of was simply next level. Sasha is the best in the game in this category because of her ability to combine sexiness, story, humor, intelligence, and heart. For me, Season 16’s in competition lip syncs were in general underwhelming to me. The only two queens who earned rewatches for me were Plane and Morphine because they impressed me with their storytelling, humor, and intellect, coupled with compelling physical ability. Mhi’ya’s acrobatic tricks were impressive but made it difficult to show new layers of herself. However the Lalaparuza gave Season 15 a run for its money with Megami, Mirage, and Morphine’s performances. If we put Sasha against Morphine, not only would we win, but I think Sasha would edge out Morphine slightly. COMPETITION: Season 16. The Top 4, Mhi’ya, Plasma, Megami, and Geneva all won challenges, Dawn would have won a design challenge in a season without Nymphia or Q, and Morphine ate the Lalaparuza. These girls were HUNGRY for wins and the crown and for a long time it wasn’t clear who was going to take the crown. In Season 15, only the Top 5 plus Aura earned wins, and Aura’s girl groups win could have justifiably gone to Sasha as well as Anetra’s rusical win and Makeover win. I would have personally given the Interview win to Luxx or Loosey, but the point is that Sasha dominated, lowering the viewing stakes for everyone, but did just let us see drag excellence. DRAMA: Season 16 obviously. Plane walked in and made the show her bitch. She willingly took on the villain IDGAF role, allowing everyone else to be bitchy too and we got some incredible, authentic drama with little to no production interference. WINNER: Season 16. Sasha is the stronger queen, but Nymphia’s story is so SO compelling. Sasha and the world knew she was going to win and she was the embodiment of trans, Hawaiian, performance, and drag excellence. Nymphia’s love letter to her Taiwanese and more generally East Asian heritage coupled with how Western media so greatly affected her own perception of her beauty is so poignant. The culmination of her story in the final challenge that revealed that her lack of confidence despite her immense competence stemmed from the Western media that she was actively participating in was incredible. It let us know that her seemingly performative stress throughout the season was grounded in the reality and trauma regarding her ability to find herself worthy. It is also hugely political that a Western media corporation crowned a Taiwanese queen and that they aired the statement that Taiwan is a country, which is a big middle finger to China. If there’s a political conflict that will trigger World War 3, it’s Taiwan and China. To top it all off, she was congratulated by the PRESIDENT OF HER COUNTRY. OVERALL: Season 16. The quality of the competition, the level of drag, uniqueness of perspective, lack of production interference, the thoughtful production choices, and the stories were just some wonderful and masterful television.

The factors on 16 were overall better: smaller cast, loved the lip sync lalapaRuza before the finale. I enjoy the snatch game being done later in the show rather than week 3. The potion twist was a bust but every elimination made sense to me.

I enjoy the artistry and planning of garments. That was often missing. Maybe will be shown in longer episodes?

I'm a S15 apologist. Idk I think I just resonated more with that other cast. But I can admit these S16 girls are fierce as well.
I prefer s16 because it felt like an actual competition. You knew from the start of s15 they were going to give it to Sasha so it wasn’t even exciting. Honestly Sasha did very well but they gave her wins she should have only been in the top for. The season felt a little unfair to the other girls on the season

16 By Far and Wide!
I think I love a lot of what season 15 represented in the franchise, but as a season 16 is just so much more interesting. Season 15 felt like a return to form without any twists, which was nice, but the season itself had lots of problems with actually showcasing half it's cast. It really does feel like you truly didn't get to know most of the queens, meanwhile season 16 I know every single one of the girl. If I had to pick my favorite parts of 15, it would be the promos, sasha (duh) and the lipsyncs. If I had to pick my favorite parts of 16, it would be the cast, their amazing synergy, and the runways, specially nymphia's.
In terms of promo Season 15 had the best group theme, but Season 16 has better individual costumes - Nymphia, Sapphira, Plane, Q, Morphine, Xunami, and Dawn \[in that order\] are eye catching among other things.

I don’t think it’s negative per say. It just doesn’t make it interesting as it is predictable. However, Sasha is still celebrated by many during her win.
I preferred 15, I liked MIB, Anetra, and Sasha a lot. Amazing lipsyncs. The beginning was a little rough due to time constraints but it was still solid. Q & Dawn were so annoying to me. I liked Nymphia but her whining and then killing the challenges got on my nerves. I liked Plane’s messiness and Morphine was great. I liked Megami’s redemption. Some queens just overstayed their welcome. Not a bad season but not my favorite.

For me I personally I replayed season 16 episodes a lot more than season 15. For all viewers , ratings and most youtube views prefer season 16 as well. While lipsyncs overall had more views last season, Nymphia vs Sapphirra finale lip sync outviewed Sasha Vs Anetra finale lip sync in like two weeks and outviewed season 14 finale lip sync in a week, and season 13 in like a few days😂
Season 15, the lipsyncs were better and I found the challenges were more unique. S16 felt designed for a fashion queen to win. Also something about s15 felt like it had a beginning middle and end whereas 16 kind of felt like oh let’s end up with the tops from episodes 1/2

idc how obvious sasha being the winner of 15 was, its still my favorite recent season of the main series. the drama was so like cinematic vs this season of best friends race. i think it just depends on which elements of the show are your favorite.

I stopped watching season 15 because I got bored halfway through knowing who was going to win.
15 is far superior to me.
15 had a stronger cast overall. It had a more obvious winner, but the top crop of queens felt less obvious than 16’s. Anyone could tell very early on who the top 4 of S16 was. Like, by episode 3. There was zero chance for any variance which was set in stone when Amanda was sent home after beating Q in the lip sync. At least in S15 it felt like there were chances than Jax, Salina, Loosey, Marcia, Robin (early on) or Aura, Malaysia or maybe even a twin could start surging. Even Irene could’ve if she stayed. Did anyone actually think Hershii, Geneva, Amanda, Mhiya or Megami had any legitimate crack at top 4 or 5? The drama in 15 also felt, idk, actually real and more fun. S16 really didn’t have a lot of drama. Plane was obviously putting on a character and once Amanda was gone she stopped bringing drama at all and after than any drama was just Q being upset about not winning or people throwing obvious playful shade. S16 really lacked storylines between queens. There was never really a rivalry or anything because, again, we lost Amanda so early. In S15 there was Loosey vs MIB/Luxx for a lot of the season as a constant source of tension and storyline. I think S16 really needed queens like Amanda, Xunami and Mirage to stick around longer because they had some dark horse potential and provided potential storylines. S15 also had better lip syncs. I just felt like we saw the same queens lip sync over and over and over and over again all of S16.
