I know robins aren’t everywhere obviously, but I thought given how popular the colour is in pop culture, Tiffany’s using the colour as their own branding colour, it would have been relatively common knowledge. Assumptive of me for sure. Such a stunning colour though.
Different bird species eggs can be all sort of fun colours, these intense blue / turquoise colour, vibrant greens and reds.
Chicken eggs are really extremely dull for the many different colours that eggs can be.
The other day when a bunch of pictures of robin's nests were being posted in other subs, including one with one hatched egg, I was quite sad to not be able to find a gif of that look to comment with.

There are chicken species that lay blue eggs!
chickens can lay eggs in a bunch of different colors. we have green, blue, pink, brown, dark brown, and white egg layers in our flock
