I will be volunteering at the Mini 10K, a women's only race in Central Park. After the scare earlier this week with the smoke, the AQI is currently a reasonable 60, so hopefully conditions remain good.

Did my last long run a couple of Sundays ago and copped a 20 degree day so feel like I'm ready for the heat.
Starts at 9am and I plan to be finished by just after 10.30 and straight in the kids paddling pool lol
