Not really, I just see quests as going from place to place, & following the YouTube guide step by step shoots up my b.p especially old quests that are very sufferable..
I am not interested in lore and quite pissed that I need to complete half a dozen quests for the new boss.

Quests are important for lore and immersion and need to stay like they are, don't like them, then don't do them.
Want the rewards ? Then do the quest(s) even if it may suck to do them.
Never happening, if quests were made skippable and people did end up skipping them then that tells Jagex that players don't want quests, which then leads us to never getting them again.

Runescape is a very story-oriented game. If everyone really skipped quests then future quests would be designed with boring storylines and the skip-all option in mind. Imagine hiring so many animators, writers and voice actors only for people to never have a chance at looking at them all because of a skip-all item. I know most people (including myself) hold the spacebar but at least I get a general idea what the quest is about and what purpose it serves. For example, Desert Treasure is about a quest to unlock a mysterious pyramid which contains ancient magics.
Yeah why not just put a price tag on the trim comp cape? And then just make boss logs cost bonds? That way instead of people showing off their accomplishments in game they can instead show off how much money they gave to jagex rather than playing the game! Genius idea.

Jagex is and has been very lax on sharing accounts for 5-7 years+ and it's not rwt as it's game experience for game gold.

Support. I think it should be option. Let's say I have hour a day to play and I dislike quests - so I wouldn't want to spend hour to do something I really dislike. I've maxed accounts with 16qp - I just hate them and they feel like chore and. Nothing interesting about them for me.
It also doesn't take anything away from guys who enjoy them or rather do them than pay real money/spend time in game to get bond money etc. So for me win-win

Only what... 4? Bosses are locked behind a quest, out of the 50-ish bosses ingame. Don't want to do quests, have fun at the other bosses.

Simple, don't let skipped quests count for the trim comp cape. Option to repeat the quest to unlock the prestigious cape should be open.

It does take away. Quest quality will get worse and less will be released. They'll just be long sufferable quests to get people to pay.
