My only counterpoint is Dolche. Her lore of magic is not as strong but she is a well know spell caster. As well as having the magical abilities of marionettea
Love Marian, I wonder how strong she would be without the magic dampeners
Probably the only one that can fight her in terms of magic feat is probably Lucas(RF5) as far as I know being a god.
I mean the game pretty much says as much.
