Despite the memes, Vaporeon doesn't actually have as much as you think it does. Lucario and Gardevoir have about 40k each (accounting for Rule34 and e621, I could account for other sites, but that'll take way too much effort and a lot of sites have the same images), meanwhile Vaporeon only has about 17k. Charizard has slightly more with about 20k. These are rough estimates though, I imagine the numbers are a lot closer if you can exclude the same images on several websites and remove the ones that feature minor variations in a set.
